- It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls.
- The room was spacious and clean.
- The staff were kind.
CONS:
- No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window.
- The room was quite old.
- Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem.
- heater opens all night.
- Poor lighting
I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

It has just opened, everything is brand new and vibrant. The intelligent control is super powerful, the lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, and a comfortable atmosphere can be created with just a touch of your finger. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are brand new, so it is super safe to live in.
The hotel gym is fully equipped to meet different fitness needs, and there is no pressure after exercise.
Breakfast is a highlight, with rich variety and great taste, which can start a full day.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time.
This stay experience is great, and I will choose here again when I come to Xining in the future! Highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and the service was excellent, maintaining Hanting's consistent standards. While parking was available, it was a bit of a hassle; we had to call the front desk each time, and a staff member would come down to assist. The price was a bit steep, understandable given it was peak tourist season. Its proximity to Mojia Street was a major plus; I visited it twice, once in the afternoon and again the following morning.

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

PPaul. SWe stayed another 2 nights during the May holidays. Surprisingly, Xining wasn't crowded except for the People's Park where plenty of tulips were in bloom. It was raining on 1 May, so we stayed in hotel. Hotel though old, was clean with standard amenities. Bathroom has a bath with shower curtains. No hooks for clothes in toilet/bathroom. Laundry room only has 1 washer, no dryer. We didn't use. Price was cheap. Breakfast was a bowl of mee, some veg and an egg at restaurant next door. We were given breakfast vouchers.

GGuest UserThree families came to the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop and chose this hotel near Mojia Street. The hygiene was very good, especially the quilt cover and sheets were very clean. The bed was soft and hard. The price was affordable. The room was large. The front desk was very responsive. I give it a big thumbs up 👍🏻. All relatives and friends at home praised it. It is cost-effective.

Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby.
Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.

GGuest UserThe location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train.
We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.”
2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.

GGuest UserVery good experience. The reception was also warm, the check-in was fast, and it was done in a few minutes. You must go to your restaurant next time you check in. I heard that the breakfast is also very rich. Our room originally had two sets of toiletries. It was used at night. Contact the front desk when you need it in the morning. It was not too long for the eldest sister to send it over, the service was very thoughtful! ! !
