"The main reason for choosing Mandarin Oriental is its location. It is within walking distance of the Islamic Art Museum, National Museum and Woqif Market, and the taxi fare is 10-12 kabir coins. Biggest Advantage Very good service. Because we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, we needed to contact the hotel to check in early. The staff gave timely feedback and arrangements, although they charged a half-day fee. From the porters to the restaurant waiters, the service was very warm and attentive. Take luggage, drive out the door, clear tables promptly, and help with ordering. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is not rich enough for a hotel of this level. Used breakfast 4 times, the variety was limited. But the food is clean and fresh, and the service is good. The hotel facilities are limited, apart from the gym, spa there is not much entertainment. It is equivalent to chedi, 4 seasons, but on a much smaller scale. It is recommended that you stay no longer than 2 nights."

"Ah, to live and rest in paradise, heaven on earth if you may. I left the St.Regis Marsa Arabia at the Pearl in a better mind frame than when I checked in, because everything, from check in to check out was so meticulously crafted to ensure that you leave feeling like a star. Anus at check in is one of the kindest most helpful people you’ll find. Everyone gives of a warm vibe, from the butler service to the pool attendants, and I wish them all the best because that is one of the best staff groupings I’ve encountered at a hotel. The room is fantastic, overwhelmingly spacious (in a good way) and the views are those that are only rivaled by the silver screen. I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 5 🌟"

"My second time staying staging at this hotel and I hope it’s true what they say about everything coming in three’s because I hope to stay here again . Excellent location , great breakfasts . Provok rooftop restaurant has amazing views and great food . The pool area is great as are the cakes selection next to the hotel lobby . Rooms are really comfortable beautiful bathrooms . Great attention to detail my favourite fairmont hotel even better then the one in the palm in Dubai . Next time I intend to visit their Indian restaurant. Miss it and Raffles next door already."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service is top-notch. The only downside is the shallow water and silt at the bottom of the sea, but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault."

"I was in transit here. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, with many cafes next door, and the Elan and Mandarin Oriental are all nearby. The hotel is great. I arrived at 10 a.m. and checked in immediately, knowing checkout would be midnight. The room was clean and beautiful, with a great view. The hotel spa is a must! Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next layover."

"Dell boys were very friendly, Room was impeccable, cleaning staff and butler were impeccable. Location is not great, nothing around, promenade was boring. What ruined our stay was the rude behaviour of front desk staff called Marilu. She needs training in customer service. The interaction was very distasteful and dampened our mood. Pool was only outside, and freezing, nothing to do. There isn’t changing rooms for the pool, nor showers. View from pool was boring too. For the price you pay, it’s just the amenities in room to enjoy, which were great but nothing more. It’s been turned in to a tourist attraction with the afternoon tea etc, so very busy downstairs and not exclusive, like other raffles. Not even a jacuzzi or sauna/steam, but private rooms to enjoy to an hour at an extra cost. Which is fine, if you carried out that exclusive service throughout the hotel. Overall, came excited but left deflated."

"This was my first business trip to Doha, and I ended up booking this hotel by chance. I was surprised to find that the hotel environment was quite nice, the service was excellent, and the environment was very comfortable. I was more satisfied than I expected!"

Waldorf Astoria Lusail is now firmly on that list, and we will definitely return. A Special Celebration Thank you for making my husband’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. The complimentary cake was delicious and paired perfectly with the festive balloons—it was such a thoughtful touch! Food We thoroughly enjoyed our in-room dining experience. The Norwegian salmon and Omaha beef tenderloin were perfectly prepared, and the soup and dessert were delightful. The pricing was reasonable for the quality. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, providing something for everyone. Room Our room was beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub, balcony, and a cozy side sitting area with tasteful décor. However, I did notice one minor inconvenience—there was no phone on the desk, only one near the bed, which meant I had to walk over to make calls. Staff The staff truly elevated our experience with their outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Elizabeth for delivering the cake, and to Aung, Jul, and Mariam at the Bywater Restaurant for their attentive service. Jason at the pool and Bilmal and Ghem at the concierge area were equally amazing. The team’s warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. A special shoutout to the kind lady who assisted us at the elevator—I wish I’d caught her name! Hotel Amenities We absolutely loved the hotel overall, but the highlight was the pool—it’s easily one of the best we’ve seen for families with children. The temperature-controlled feature was a bonus, and our little boy had an incredible time. The pool is likely the main reason we’ll be coming back, alongside the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Final Thoughts Waldorf Astoria Lusail is a perfect getaway for families, especially those with kids. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit."
