I left the St.Regis Marsa Arabia at the Pearl in a better mind frame than when I checked in, because everything, from check in to check out was so meticulously crafted to ensure that you leave feeling like a star. Anus at check in is one of the kindest most helpful people you’ll find. Everyone gives of a warm vibe, from the butler service to the pool attendants, and I wish them all the best because that is one of the best staff groupings I’ve encountered at a hotel. The room is fantastic, overwhelmingly spacious (in a good way) and the views are those that are only rivaled by the silver screen. I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 5 🌟"

"We arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted as a family of three. The front desk swiftly and smoothly processed our check-in. The room was spacious, with two 1.5m double beds. With a ”stay two, get one free” offer, this is probably the best value Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, although the room we stayed in had no view. Acceptable, though. We loved the hotel's location; the neighborhood has a strong old-money vibe, and it was very comfortable during the day with almost no one around. Although it was hot, there was almost always shade. Locals started coming in the evenings, making the area more lively at night with numerous restaurants. We ate there for three days and didn't have a single bad experience. The M7 Art Museum is directly opposite the hotel, though it usually doesn't have any exhibitions. It's a 12-minute walk to Václav, and the walk along the way is very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly."

"The hotel is luxurious and grand, and the overall service is excellent. Kita at the front desk was very welcoming during my check-in and even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free. The room itself is beautiful, though the outside of the window glass was a bit dirty. The welcome fruit was delicious, and there are seats in the elevator, which is a nice touch! The butler service was also very attentive, especially Rama and Mago, who deserve special commendation."

"A Memorable Stay at Waldorf Astoria Lusail This was our first time staying at Waldorf Astoria Lusail, though we’ve also had the pleasure of experiencing the West Bay location, which we equally adore. As a family, we rarely revisit hotels, as we enjoy exploring new places, but when we do, it’s because the hotel holds a special place in our hearts. Waldorf Astoria Lusail is now firmly on that list, and we will definitely return. A Special Celebration Thank you for making my husband’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. The complimentary cake was delicious and paired perfectly with the festive balloons—it was such a thoughtful touch! Food We thoroughly enjoyed our in-room dining experience. The Norwegian salmon and Omaha beef tenderloin were perfectly prepared, and the soup and dessert were delightful. The pricing was reasonable for the quality. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, providing something for everyone. Room Our room was beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub, balcony, and a cozy side sitting area with tasteful décor. However, I did notice one minor inconvenience—there was no phone on the desk, only one near the bed, which meant I had to walk over to make calls. Staff The staff truly elevated our experience with their outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Elizabeth for delivering the cake, and to Aung, Jul, and Mariam at the Bywater Restaurant for their attentive service. Jason at the pool and Bilmal and Ghem at the concierge area were equally amazing. The team’s warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. A special shoutout to the kind lady who assisted us at the elevator—I wish I’d caught her name! Hotel Amenities We absolutely loved the hotel overall, but the highlight was the pool—it’s easily one of the best we’ve seen for families with children. The temperature-controlled feature was a bonus, and our little boy had an incredible time. The pool is likely the main reason we’ll be coming back, alongside the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Final Thoughts Waldorf Astoria Lusail is a perfect getaway for families, especially those with kids. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit."

"I paid extra to upgrade to the Crescent Room, which I had been dreaming of, and it was absolutely stunning and breathtaking, with a huge balcony! 😊 The service was generally good. Aigerim, the lady housekeeper in my room, was very thoughtful and patient – thank you! However, the service level of the lobby concierge staff varied; there was a young man with braces who had an excellent attitude, but a middle-aged man with a slightly dark complexion was arrogant and neglectful. The two handsome young men and women who checked me in at the front desk were both from Morocco and very enthusiastic. We even chatted a bit longer since I had visited Morocco before. The hotel lobby is opulent, predominantly blue, and adorned with sparkling white giant crystal chandeliers. For a moment, I felt like I was in 'Frozen'! 😊"

"High standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me. We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol. They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free. This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this."

"I booked it for a colleague and everyone said it was OK. The bed wasn't very big, but the bedding was okay to sleep on. The bathtub was very comfortable and the apples in the room were delicious."
