Like to common areas and the hall, sauna. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Limo/shuttle service was inconsistent - recommend to use a different company.

The hotel staff were really clear and friendly. Our room had no window which was as expected for the “cinema” room. The location was great. The free water and small but mighty gym were surprising delighters. If you plan to be spending the majority of your day out, this hotel and specific room type may be the perfect fit for you too.

Séjour convenable , la chambre était très petite , mais très propre et le lit excellent . ( chambre double club )
Le rapport qualité / prix n est pas idéal mais l emplacement doit jouer car il est excellent .
Absence de possibilité d ouvrir même un peu la fenêtre
La machine à café défectueuse a été changée après une nuit .

Les chambres normales sont un couloir avec une petite fenêtre clouée au plafond. Les chambres supérieures un peu plus spacieuses mais toujours sombres. Pas de placard pour les vêtements juste une tringle avec quelques cintres ! Pas de tables de chevets! Pas de minibar! Produits toilettes chiches et juste le premier jour! Le lit mal fait! Le wifi à remettre à chaque utilisation ! Personnel sympathique et bon emplacement

Situé en Presqu'île au cœur de Lyon, il s'agit d'un hôtel d'esthétique très moderne et minimaliste. Or, on perçoit quelques particularités dès l'arrivée : Le personnel est correct mais un peu distant. Pas de comptoir pour l'accueil. On a passé un mauvais moment lors du check-in car on nous a informé que les chambres ne peuvent être occupées que par deux personnes sans exception (on avait fait réservation par agence de voyages et on n'en savait rien). Finalement ils nous ont donné deux chambres dans le même étage dont une sans fenêtre, mais au moins on a pu y séjourner comme prévu. La décoration des chambres est contemporaine et les lits sont très confortables. Salles de bains super, très spacieuses. Chambres équipées avec très grande TV. Par contre, pas de pantoufles de courtoisie (n'oublions pas qu'il s'agit d'un 4 étoiles). Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant mais pas inoubliable ; malheureusement on n'a pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause de la pluie matinale et on a dû manger à l'intérieur. Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas conçu pour familles avec enfants ! Il y a un sentiment doux-amer qui reste.
