From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Minnie made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clear that care had gone into creating a pleasant space for guests. Overall, both the reception team and the quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. This is my fourth time staying at Wynn Palace, and I keep choosing it because the Wynn Palace team is incredibly dedicated and attentive to guests' needs; every single team member is exceptionally friendly. During check-in, Mr. Terry Ng Ka Wah assisted me. Not only was he polite and efficient throughout the process, but what truly surprised me was that he remembered me at check-out, even greeting me warmly and proactively. This level of thoughtfulness and professionalism, truly putting guests at the heart of their service, made me feel incredibly valued and warm inside. Beyond Terry's excellent service, the entire hotel's facilities maintenance and cleanliness remain at an exceptionally high standard. From room tidiness to the smallest details in public areas, everything reflects the meticulousness expected of a five-star luxury hotel. Each time I return here, I genuinely experience that relaxing, 'home away from home' feeling. Thanks to Terry and the Wynn Palace team for yet another perfect stay. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

The room was great – clean and spacious. The swimming pool was particularly fantastic, and they even offered free Häagen-Dazs, which was a huge plus! I'll definitely stay here again. The room also came with complimentary fruit and snacks. I loved being able to watch TV while soaking in the bathtub. The swimming pool stands out as one of the larger hotel pools I've seen, with three separate pools and even a small one for kids. It's a perfect spot for a family vacation.

The room was spacious and bright, overlooking the Wynn fountain, which was absolutely beautiful. The room was also impeccably clean. They fully accommodated my requests, for which I'm very grateful. On the downside, there was no comb or laundry bag in the room. The complimentary water bottles were tiny, and I was so thirsty both nights that I had to call for more water in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the water delivery was very prompt. The square, stainless steel handle on the connecting door had very sharp edges, and I cut my hand on it twice. When I mentioned this at check-out, the receptionist seemed to feign ignorance and didn't respond at all. Since I stayed for two nights, I had a lot of dirty laundry and had to queue at the concierge desk just to get a bag.

I've lived in Macau for a few years, and since I prefer quiet places, I chose this hotel over the popular '网红' (influencer-favorite) ones. I highly recommend their rooms with a view! You can see several iconic buildings of the Sands Resorts, and the view is definitely one of the best in Cotai. The room is relatively new and quite spacious, and the bathtub is huge! You can control the room with a tablet, and the flow of movement is well-designed. However, the decor style isn't particularly distinctive, though it does have a smart toilet. The welcome flat peaches were good, but the chocolate wasn't tasty, as strange as the dessert after dinner at The Kitchen downstairs. The amenities are noteworthy; the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, the drinking water is Nordaq, the slippers are thick and comfortable, and the minibar is well-stocked. Regarding dining, breakfast is semi-buffet style, and the quality is good, though the variety is a bit limited. The à la carte main courses and soup are Chinese, along with a seafood dish and juice. The Western pastries in the buffet area could be improved; the round bread was dry, the croissants were mediocre, but the muffins were delicious, and the Chinese options were excellent. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. Downstairs, they have my favorite steakhouse in Macau (The Kitchen) and Cantonese restaurant (Jade Dragon). The bar at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus next door is also good. Many restaurants are a bit of a distance from the hotel and involve some winding paths, so they might be hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent; they were responsive to all requests and very thoughtful. The front desk proactively arranged a room with a view for me, and housekeeping patiently fulfilled my various demands. There were some issues with cleanliness, but the staff actively and promptly resolved them, and I even received a bottle of sparkling tea. The rain shower had a minor leak, and the problem persisted after repairs, so the hotel offered fruit as compensation. The housekeeping staff's uniforms look quite comfortable, which is great if they are! I noticed the tops are short-sleeved with a small slit at the back, the ladies' bottoms are culottes of appropriate length, and their shoes are sneakers. This was my first overseas trip with my two young sons, my mother (who's over 80), and my aunt. Broadway Hotel is known as a great value-for-money hotel, so I booked two small rooms and quietly hoped they could be connecting rooms. The friendly staff member, Roy, at the reception not only gave us a free upgrade to a suite but also showed great consideration by personally checking if the room was non-smoking when the older members of our party had already left the country and only we were staying an extra day. Thanks to this, our trip was filled with gratitude and joy, not just for Broadway Hotel but for Macau as a whole. Thank you so much!
