Check-in around 11pm due to late arrival. Was given a wheelchair accessible room. Front desk was very accommodating to change of room upon our request. Photo of rooms as per hotel's description. Took a shuttle bus from Taipa ferry terminal to Sands Macao. Million Dragon was about 7 mins walking distance from Sands Macao. You can take a bus to MGM macau if lazy to walk there, bus stop was not far from hotel.

Very convenient location. Service and decoration is top of the class. We had a good stay over there. Didn’t have chance to try the restaurant though. The downside will be the lack of room space. Equal amount of money can get you a bigger room in Taipai area. Also the tidiness still have room to improve. Overall 8/10.

I had an amazing stay in Altira Macau during my trip. One of the best luxurious hotel I stay in that is worth the money. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door when I arrived and the check in was smooth. Huge shoutout to the staff who help me with the check in.
The room was super spacious, especially for one person. Definitely good for two as well (there is two sinks for a couple to use). The room overlooks the sea view towards Macau and it was spectacular. The location was in a quiet area which was a plus for me and it is not too far from the places u want to visit in Macau.
I would definitely stay here again if I am in Macau and it’s definitely worth a stay if anyone is visiting.
Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say it’s a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then don’t open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, there’s a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesn’t have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

The hotel was clean and comfy with an excellent position right next to both light rail station and airport. It's less than a 10 minute train drive to the main ****** area of Venetian, Parisien and other famous sights. So it's very convenient and quite a good price. The only negative is every room in the hotel has two twin beds rather than a large double bed.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Although we requested 2 non-smoking rooms, they rooms were very smelly and I was bitten by bed bugs whole night long. The hotel is in a good location and the mall was huge with enough to keep the family occupied.

Here is where you should stay in your next trip. Everything is professionally planned for specially you. They called me 24 hours before checking in to make sure what time , we will arrive for checking in , in case earlier, they will try to manage that for us . If we have any specific requests during our stay, if we prefer higher floor, non smoking, …… and on our arrival everything was already prepared . The one who had called me a day before , was expecting us right there. She welcomed us with a best manner and made us feel so special and welcome. I already know where to stay in my next trip since I don’t like surprises. So I recommend you to stay here, too.

My stay was nice and only would like to talk about the service of le buffet staff, I was walked in to the restaurant and order one of the ordered to cook lobster, the staff told me it’ll take about 20-30 minutes but until I finished my breakfast my order didn’t serve, which was around 1 hour plus. And I have tried to approach the same staff and told me ordered has placed and never served to my table. At last I gave up.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

GGuest UserMy go-to accomodation whenever I visit Macau. Have been staying in Conrad Macao since around 2012.Location is one of the best in Cotai area. Room-wise, it used to be better in the past with better amenities, such as choice of toiletries, brighter lightings, and more cozy decoration for the junior suites.
However, recent years, it has gotten noisier and more sophisticated. Cleanliness is also something that the hotel needs to look into. During my stay, I noticed a strand of hair stuck on the door of the bathroom. I purposely did not remove nor inform the housekeeping, as I would like to see if they are attentive enough to such details and clean it away. To my disappointment, throughout my 4-day stay, the strand of hair was stuck on the door and unmoved at the same position.
Though the hotel ”failed the test”, it is overall still a nice one to stay at.
GGuest UserGreat location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times before the pandemic, and I still remember the spacious room and bathroom fondly. So, I decided to return for a birthday celebration.
The service provided by Mavis was exceptional. She took the time to explain the different travel options and highlight the tourist sites in the area. Mavis personally walked us to our room, which was beautifully prepared with birthday decorations, and she arranged for a cake to be delivered later. Her kindness and sincerity truly stood out, and we felt the warmth of her service throughout our stay.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
MMichael KMReview of Lisboeta Hotel, Macau: An Enjoyable Stay
My recent visit to Lisboeta Hotel in Macau was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my stay. The hotel blends modern design with touches of Portuguese charm, creating an inviting atmosphere that is both stylish and comfortable.
Accommodations:
The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed. The decor reflects a mix of contemporary elegance and traditional elements, making it feel both luxurious and cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a coffee maker and a mini-fridge, which added to the convenience of my stay.
Facilities:
Lisboeta offers a range of facilities that enhance the experience of its guests. The swimming pool area was a highlight for me. It provided a perfect oasis to unwind and relax after a busy day. Additionally, the hotel features a fitness center equipped with modern equipment for those looking to stay active. The on-site dining options were also impressive; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes, from local dishes to international favorites.
Location:
Situated strategically, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Cotai Strip and various cultural sites. This made it extremely easy for me to explore Macau’s rich history and vibrant entertainment scene without needing extensive transportation arrangements.
Service:
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. Whether it was a request for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to assist with a smile.
Conclusion:
Overall, my stay at Lisboeta Hotel was a memorable experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, prime location, and outstanding service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Macau. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a blend of luxury and authentic cultural touches. I look forward to my next visit!
GGuest UserThe theme of l'occitane is quite comfortable and attractive! But I don't understand why I have to wait until 3:30pm to check in at 3pm?🙄
The staff at the front desk are very polite, but the white uniformed staff in charge of baggage storage are not polite, especially the man with glasses! I understand that it is a hard job, but he could have been a bit more polite! 😐 The hotel room is very nice, but how many seconds does it take to press the lift button? Many travellers don't know what's going on with the lift button!🧐 And the location is not very convenient! There is no shuttle bus to connect to the hotel, so I have to take a taxi every time!
JJakarta SkyMy room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
NNadezhda Z.The hotel is ok for not long stay.
Pros:
1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby.
2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important!
3. The bed and pillow is comfortable.
4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy.
5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo)
6. WiFi in the room was good.
Cons:
1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation.
2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo)
3. No breakfast.
I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.
