It's an OK place but I'd personally pay more money for a better hotel next time.
Rooms & space is exaggeratedly small even for Macau. The front desk service is... not great(no English, can't call you a taxi, not friendly, etc...).
There were people smoking in the room next to us even though it wasn't allowed(we booked a non-smoking room) & front desk seemed to do nothing. The door beeps for some reason when you leave it open 10 seconds - so if neighbors come back late you'll hear that. Room service - you can get your room 'cleaned' but it just involves getting your towels changed & soap refilled - they don't even change sheets or sweep the floor. They provide no laundry service & can't seem to recommend a place that does (Macau seems to have a serious shortage of laundry places).
It is VERY clean though, well organized for what it is.
There is also luggage storage which came in handy & they let us check in early. Beds were hard - but not ridiculously so (I prefer a hard bed).
Just the negatives outweigh the positives.

Opened in 2023, the Family Inn(RUA DE CAMILO PESSANHA) is a great accommodation choice in Macau. The hotel is conveniently located a short 9km drive from Macau International Airport. The closest major public transportation, Barra Metro Station, is only 2km away. Guests will find Nezha Temple, St. Lazarus Church District and Senado Square just a short distance from the hotel. This quaint hotel surprised our expectations. It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! I would definitely come back and put my guests here again and again. Not to forget the convenience and close proximity it is to various heritage spots in the peninsula makes it worth it too! Keep up the good work and see you next time! Kudos!

Excellent hotel - very happy with the service provided (especially by frontline/reception staff). The ladies in charge of the swimming pool facility were great, too.
This is a luxurious hotel that can be affordable too. I will return!

Check in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag.
Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast!
We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!

- Nice layout; big rooms.
- Close to the Fishermans wharf, and 15 min drive to Ruins of St Paul.
- Shuttle service offered but need to book in advance when picking up at the port instead of regular schedule, unlike other hotels.

Awesome service from start to finish!
This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. !
The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available.
All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

BBanksThe hotel is in an excellent location. Very convenient to walk around the cotai ***** as well as take busses. The staff at Conrad Macao is amazing each and every member tries to help to the best they can. I would like to thank the team for there efforts and hard work.
The best team members are:
Concierge: von, rency , Harland
The breakfast bunch: sarah
Front Office: Leena, David , sheries
The time was more than happy to assist me anytime with anything much appreciated guys
GGuest UserGreat location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.
AAnonymous UserVery spacious and clean room, and can see the airport and part of the lake from Wynn Palace. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly, and took the initiative to get us a rollaway bed for the third pax. But unfortunately they did not prepare it at the stipulated time even after we came back to the room alot later, so we had to ask again and wait for it to arrive. Will be better if the hotel itself has shuttle instead of having to go City of Dreams for the shuttle.
SSeay DoerOverall experience is good.
- Excellent service
- Good location: walking distance to Studio City, W hotel, Londoner and Venetian Macau
- One of the most instagrammable hotel in Cotai area
- free airport/harbour pick up and drop off service
- Eiffel tower theme with light show every 15 min daily.
PPhilipMy first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations.
We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there.
Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta.
The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here.
There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more.
All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general.
Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
JJakarta SkyMy room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.
Hheart andhotel is clean and the staff are nice and approachable
amenities are great probably gonna book again when i decided to go back to Macau.
Satisfied guest here
MMichael KMReview of Lisboeta Hotel, Macau: An Enjoyable Stay
My recent visit to Lisboeta Hotel in Macau was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my stay. The hotel blends modern design with touches of Portuguese charm, creating an inviting atmosphere that is both stylish and comfortable.
Accommodations:
The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed. The decor reflects a mix of contemporary elegance and traditional elements, making it feel both luxurious and cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a coffee maker and a mini-fridge, which added to the convenience of my stay.
Facilities:
Lisboeta offers a range of facilities that enhance the experience of its guests. The swimming pool area was a highlight for me. It provided a perfect oasis to unwind and relax after a busy day. Additionally, the hotel features a fitness center equipped with modern equipment for those looking to stay active. The on-site dining options were also impressive; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes, from local dishes to international favorites.
Location:
Situated strategically, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Cotai ***** and various cultural sites. This made it extremely easy for me to explore Macau’s rich history and vibrant entertainment scene without needing extensive transportation arrangements.
Service:
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. Whether it was a request for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to assist with a smile.
Conclusion:
Overall, my stay at Lisboeta Hotel was a memorable experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, prime location, and outstanding service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Macau. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a blend of luxury and authentic cultural touches. I look forward to my next visit!
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
