They actually gave me a wheelchair room. I arrived at the hotel at 12 am, checked in my luggage, left the hotel at 2 am, and came back at 9 pm. I was tired and had no energy to rush in. I actually stayed in the "wheelchair room" for two days. There are only two wheelchair rooms in the hotel, which is incomprehensible. Ctrip's cooperation with such a "big store bullying customers" business is really a big minus. For this kind of room, at least ask in advance, or tell me when I get the door card. I can only make do with it after I go upstairs and enter the door with my luggage. This is probably the logic of the hotel. Arrogant and rude, bad 👎

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the city center. We basically walked to all the attractions in the city, and it is not far from the train station. We walked around the city center on the day we arrived, and just walked to the Retiro Park, watched the sunset, and walked back to the hotel. There are also many places to eat near the hotel. When we first checked in, we were given a warm cookie, which was so heartwarming. There is an ironing board and iron in the room, which is very considerate. We used it. Other hotels we stayed in during the trip really didn't have irons and ironing boards. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap are all British Crabtree and Evelyn, which smells good. The room we stayed in is relatively large and soundproof. There are a few breakfast varieties, but the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink on the first day, tea or coffee. He remembered our preferences on the second day. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite. He greeted us with a smile every time we entered and exited. This enthusiasm was particularly contagious. On the first day of arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very considerate and gave us a map and told us the approximate walking distance, time, and popular attractions. We had a very pleasant 2 days!

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Capitol. It is within a 15-minute walk of the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor, Miguel Market, Sofia Art Center, and Gran Via. The room is also newly decorated and has a USB port.

The location is very good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Mayor Square and the Royal Palace. There are also many restaurants and cafes around. Although the hotel facilities are not new, they are very clean. The waiter is very friendly. Seeing that we are foreigners, he took the initiative to ask if we need a map or a taxi.
