No saben hacer su trabajo y no saben discurrir para remediar sus fallas... además se echan la culpa entre ellos mismos... los culpables Victoria y Esteban. El Peine fue la razón por la que volvimos a Petit Palace, Sta Barbara será por la que no volvamos a Petit Palace!

Hotell i centrala Madrid är dyrt och det här är ett okej pris men då får man leva med lite skavanker. Rummen är små men rena, servicen i receptionen och baren lätt förvirrad. Men frukostserveringen höll toppklass och det är klart värt att välja till frukost

L'hôtel est très bien positionné pour accéder à de nombreuses activités. Le personnel est très disponible et à votre écoute. Service au top !!! Je conseille de prendre l'option "petit déjeuné inclus" étant donné la diversité des mets proposés, quelle que soit l'heure où vous arrivez.

We had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for a few nights whilst in Madrid. Location is amazing, couple minutes walk to the closest metro. Lots of restaurants around. The room we stayed in was clean and big with a lovely size bathroom too. We had breakfast every morning and they had a wonderful selection of pastries, hot and cold food and fresh fruit. Would highly recommend this hotel.
