Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

The hotel is located at a convenient spot, there’s restaurants around and other facilities. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room was okay, the only problem was the hotel slippers as they are not made of good quality. There’s transport available outside the hotel for convenient travelling. Overall it was a good place and the experience was pleasant.

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The staffs are accommodating. If you are looking for room to sleep over a night, this one is fine. Center of business establishments like Pick up coffee, lawson and Pares/mami house etc..walking distance to 7eleven and Jollibee. Pool and gym are free but toiletries are not included such as soap and shampoo. So far such a great experience

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.
