I have stayed at this hotel for more than ten times during the last year and many other Citadines hotels in different countries, but my experience in Makati has been exceptional. The staff at Citadines Makati has always made me feel at home with their warm welcome and willingness to help in any way possible. I am deeply grateful for their hospitality and service, which has been consistently excellent. They have always made a big effort to accommodate my requests, especially my preference for the highest floor, which provides a great view of the city. I have come to regard this hotel as my home in Manila, and I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so easy and comfortable.
