Best Hotels near Concentrix - Makati City Phil (Insular), Makati

The location is nice if u want to go to bars and party. Room is clean as well and staff are approachable. But the hallway smells like cigarettes at 9th floor. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay🥰

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. It's our second time here. Topnotch for 4star hotel in Manila. Very conveniently located. The staff are all nice. Close to the Airport. Public transport, and malls. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Swimming pool is a bonus. There is a live music in the lounge almost every night. And a ******. Highly recommended

The room was spacious and well-equipped for a solo traveler. However, I think this depends on the person, but it may not be a good location. It took a long time to get to Makati and downtown. All the staff provided very good service and I was able to stay with peace of mind.

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.

Pros: Excellent service. The staff is super friendly. Allowed me Early Check-in. Location is great. Wifi is extremely fast. Pool is good. There is microwave and refrigerator in the room. Has coffee and toiletries. Cons: The smaller bed has a ”feet smell”. Can't explain it but it smells unnerving. Breakfast is a huge let-down. Paid for 500 pesos but taste is below average and refills are slow. It's a managed buffet so you can't just get you food in the go; hotdogs was not replenished after they're gone. The shower is leaking in my room. I wish they would improve their breakfast buffet offering and would maintain their rooms. It's a new hotel but feels ”tired”. Fortunately, they have excellent service.

i like this hotel because they are near in any other establishments in the city, it is clean,spacious and the ammenities is almost complete aside from the fact that their staffs is very kind and accommodating.What i like most about this Red Doors Plus in Evangelista is that, it is very easy to booked and very easy to pay plus the price is cheap.i recommended it to my family and friends.whenever i go to makati and need a place to stay in overnight i stayed in this Hotel.I am already their regular customer.Thank you Red Doors Plus in Evangelista!

It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

The Savoy Hotel Manila had an excellent location and was within walking distance from the local airport and around 10-15 mins taxi from the international airport. The pool on level 2 is under shelter but partly outdoors. Swamped with children and families, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet or travelling with adult friends, perhaps think of another hotel to book. Clean, tidy and basic facilities and rooms were fairly small. Worked for us as we only required a 1-night stay before transitioning with an early morning flight!
