i cant express how much i love this place. i enjoyed it. it is very clean, it smells good, the city view was fantastic. i will definitely book this place again

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period. Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲 The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

The staffs are accommodating. If you are looking for room to sleep over a night, this one is fine. Center of business establishments like Pick up coffee, lawson and Pares/mami house etc..walking distance to 7eleven and Jollibee. Pool and gym are free but toiletries are not included such as soap and shampoo. So far such a great experience

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.
