Positives:
- hotel is a 10 mins walk to Jonker Street
- newly refurbished shop houses
- fan in room nice resort vibes
- lovely rooftop pool
- simple, adequate and delicious breakfast
- rooms have bath tubs
- separate bath tub and shower
Negatives:
- soundproofing could be better. Could hear sound from the corridor as well as above
- bath tub is kind of low
- cheap toiletries provided
- signs of wear and tear

The name seems too grand to Chinese people, but it is actually a homestay. I think the price on Ctrip is too high for 980 a night. I can't book a good hotel. The Ibis next door is much more cost-effective. The only thing is that the service staff is very enthusiastic, the boss lady is also very nice, and the location is relatively quiet. If you spend 300 or 400, you can stay here. It's enough for one visit to Malacca

Ample parking at the back of the hotel. However, it can be quite confusing to get there. Suggested to check or call up the hotel before you head there.
Location is not too crowded but not too far from Jonker Street, definitely within walking distance.
Great cafes nearby and a huge chinese food court behjnd the hotel where you can get your night cravings.

Room was large, service is friendly and prompt, n able to respond to our ad hoc requests quickly. Bfast is minimal, but hotel surroundings n ambience is relaxing. Price is a bit steep tho.

The hotel didn't match the price at the beginning. There were a lot of mosquito bites in the room. The breakfast was very poor. There was no ventilation in the room corridor, no air conditioning, and the smell was very strong. Locking the public area door at night was inconvenient for guests to come in and out. The room was damp and unhygienic. Very sad
