The location is right next to a river, i am not sure how this hotel is rated 4 stars. It located at the dead part of the city center, sand flies are around the lobby with no measures implemented to solve the issue. There's so many problems with this hotel. It's beside the mall be the only connection is at level 3a, you cannot access from the ground level of the mall unless you walk outside. Free parking is all the way to level 7, the turning radius is quite small (maintained about 1.5 turn of the steering wheel when going up/down). The lifts are slow as hell at they are not programmed to activate all at once, serving 40 floors. During peak hour, the management just write notice say you are supposed to manage your timing. This part should've meant for a residential supposedly, the furnishing is bare minimum. At night the whole room is dark and gloomy, there's only 2 spotlight on top of the bed to lit the room area, you need light source from the bathroom & walkway. Absolutely no light at balcony too. No face towels provided, extra towels are chargeable at front desk. Rubbish at hallways are not cleaned. No housekeeping unless requested. Breakfast is on the salty side, even the sambal is salty. Top level is meh, entry to the view point is chargeable. The bathroom fixture for shower and towel rack are bend and on the verge of breaking. Bidet is leaky, water pressure is a joke. Never get to enjoy any of the facilities due to noisy kids

Hotel below floor it's abshopping mall.The most I prefer it's the hotel have spacious room with amenities.Hotel facilities need to do some maintenance.

Overall is okay, room is clean, facilities is okay. Love the location a lot, nearby all the attraction and food stall. 2km away already reach Jonker Street and almost to Dataran Pahlawan by foot. But, the bad part is lift too slow when peak hour.

Booked 2 rooms but 1 with sewage smell in toilet. However other than that everything are good except for the lift at this hotel which have to wait for 4-5 lifts before can get one with space to enter. As the lift is shared with their facilities usage like cleaner and maintenance, also sharing with 42 levels of people with just 4 available lifts. Swimming facilities are quite broken down with holes in the floor. Breakfast are good. Location is fine also with 7-11 opposite of the building.

Cleanliness and staff service should be improved much much more. The building and rooms are not well-maintained. The staffs should be more attentive and friendly. Should really do something about the elevator. Need to take more than 20mins to get on the lift. The only good thing about this place is the location. Will not come back.
