I definitely recommend it a super quiet place all the staff very friendly super rich food clean and comfortable room a good place to spend it with family or partner friends 🙂

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

I wish I could rate this hotel 0 star in fact. That wouldn’t be right to some of the employees there. This hotel has been a disaster since my family came here for vacation & to visit family. They have completely ignored our request to clean the room on multiple occasions. Even when I informed them I found a cockroach in the bathroom tub. The AC feels like it’s not functioning properly. Even when we called the maintenance worker, the room doesn’t feel cool. We had 2 rooms 503 & 514. All this happened within the first 3 days of our family vacation & still had 3 more days to go. The lights & the water seem to turn off randomly at times during our stay. It happened when I was taking a shower & another when my mom was using the bathroom. They had another moment when the lights went off again. Also when taking a shower the hot & cold water seem to come out randomly if both knobs were turned on it keep a combination of the temperatures. It took good amount of calling the front desk to make sure things would even work a regular standard hotel experience, let alone a the Hilton name.The one saving grace is not the front desk it surely isn’t, it’s the workers, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff. They were friendlier & more attentive to our concerns. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel ever again. STAY AWAY !!!!! Did not BRING ANY VALUE TO MY FAMILY VACATION.

Nice room with good good aircon, breakfast served from 4am due to being an airport hotel. No towels in the room which we had to ask for and had a long wait for, long wait for check in and staff were helpful but very slow and service was without a smile. Probably a 25 minute walk to the airport from here so we had to pay a 4$ taxi to drop us there (or it’s 6$ for pick up), as it’s an airport hotel we expected it to be more walkable.

In this hotel and had the worst experience In this hotel I stayed 3 days to start in those 3 days never made cleaning ie waste was overwhelmed . The breakfast is nothing like it comes out in the pictures so nice , in fact it is very poor a small toast cut half a tortilla of an egg and a milk water is all that give you . But the worst experience was that ROBARON If we were stolen in the room , to be safe before calling the police they checked it in the hotel rooms and clearly seeed how the security chief entered the room we called The police and so did he tell us that it was the Night Security Lord who has the order of arrest for the complaint we made . To continue with the very bad experience the hotel was not made responsible for anything and how it was that they treated us super badly they allegedly not even know who in the owner of the hotel and the manager their workers did not know the name jjj Even when I arrived the police left and left us alone knowing that it was his responsibility to be his employee the suspect . After so many lies we realized that the alleged lady who told us was cleaning was the owner and the resettling daughter and no one knows how to make your clients give you a recommendation . I do not recommend this place for nothing

This hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.

The hotel is very close to the airport, clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft, and the breakfast is good.

If you are looking for a nice low cost hotel, this is the place to go. It is very clean, the cleaning crew is awesome. Reception crew is very friendly and always happy to answer any question. Free breakfast and dinner. Great selection for breakfast (french toast and fruits; pancakes, eggs and bacon; gallo pinto or rice an beans, cheese, eggs) and dinner (chicken, beef, fish, pasta, etc.). Waiters and chef are very friendly and always happy to add extra bacon. The only issue I had was the swimming pool. Not because it was too small, but because it was dirty so if you don't care about the swimming poll, everything is amazing.

The folder charged me the money again after I paid on the trip platform, claiming that the platform only gave them 27% and charged me again 31 dollars more, saying that the platform does not advertise that it has two types of rooms, one with fan and the other with a/c and it costs 58 dollars a/c the pool area is dirty the water in the pool is green in short the hotel is kind of neglected
