This is my second time staying in this hotel. This time I stayed in a king-size bed room.
The room is very retro and romantic, and the bed is very large and soft.
However, the room faces the street, and the noise from the road will disturb you in the morning.
The upstairs was being renovated on the first morning, so I was woken up early.
But it is worth praising that the room is equipped with Marshall speakers, and it is really comfortable to lie on the bed and listen to music.

Nice hotel but the aircon wasn’t working on floors 2-5. We were there on a day with highest temperature of 30. Fortunately we managed to open the windows. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience

Great location. Clean room and lovely staff. I like the decor too. However my room was next to the lifts and I was woken a number of times in the night by guests coming in late/ leaving early and another guests iphone alarm going off as the soundproofing is not good so would not stay here again as I need sleep more than anything.

This is a really nice and clean hotel.
Staff are friendly.
I arrived before check-in time, but luckily the room was ready so I was able to check in early.
The shower water pressure is very strong.
It's the first time I've been to a hotel with slippers while traveling in the UK. very good.
