Facilities: Very poor, the hot water for showering at night is not hot.
Hygiene: Worst, the sheets have marks and holes.
Environment: The hotel has a strange smell. There are big rats.
Service: No feedback, check-out, refund, all impossible. American hotels check-out after 12 o'clock, this hotel is 11 o'clock, late will be deducted. This is the worst hotel I have encountered in the United States.

The hotel is in the very beautiful town of Manhattan Beach. It takes 20 minutes to walk through a hillside and pass by the villas of different shapes in the town. The beautiful beach is in front of you. The room is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. I didn't book breakfast, but I saw that the breakfast was quite simple.
