The location is great, near Robinson Mall.
There was a serviceman in front of the hotel who gave me a discount if I stayed there regularly.

This location of the hotel is perfect since it is walking distance to Robinson mall and near many foreign restaurants. The apartment is clean and organized but the shower area is very tight. Also there was a maintenance issue with the pool so I was only able to use the pool once in my four day stay.

The staff were very friendly. I parked my car in the parking lot, but because I had made a reservation in advance, everything went smoothly and I was able to stay comfortably.
There was a kitchen in the room and all the cooking utensils were provided, so I was able to cook my own meals. The hotel's location was also good, so I would like to use it again.

The front desk staff had a big attitude! They didn't treat customers well! In May, I was charged P500 for compensation because there was one missing face towel, but there was only one on the last day! Since I was alone, I was not inconvenienced, so I thought it was absolutely necessary to tell the front desk that there was one missing and ask them to make it two, but they didn't compensate! I was angry 😡, but I told them to check all my luggage, and in the end the staff said they would compensate me and urged me to pay! I don't need to steal one towel! I returned to Japan and contacted Trip.com! This time, the front desk at JMM didn't change their attitude in May! I won't use this hotel again!
