Hotel was clean and located near stores. Also had truck and trailer parking

The couch was all scratched up and worn. Nonsmoking room smelled horrible of smoke . Hair on sheets....not mine. AC not working. The structure very old and in rough shape. Scratches all over walls and gouges in the floor. Needs a good painting now.

Cleaner than other inexpensive hotels I've stayed at. Still, older and a tad run down. I would stay again though.

The clerk could not locate my reservation within a reasonable timeframe.

Very nice staff at front desk upon checkin. Room was heavy on mold/mildew; ceiling in disrepair; many areas needed to be cleaned of stains. Markers used on lamp shades; stains on others and curtains. AC needed to be cleaned of mold odor. Bathtub, toilet and sink were clean. Bed was comfortable. Outside areas in definite need of cleaning. This hotel seems to be like so many others in the area- continuing to recover from the last ultra hurricane. Best wishes.

Door opened very easy and very quitely, as my fiance was impressed.

The floor was dirty. The towels were stained and needed replacing. There were bags of towels on the sidewalk that needed laundering. When cleaning was done in the bathroom, it was obvious that the bathroom door was never closed because of the dirt behind it. Some serious TLC could make this place nice

As others have stated, it looks like they started a renovation, then stopped. Room was in need of paint and a thorough cleaning. The floor is vinyl plank and had an unknown substance spilled. I wiped it up and the cloth was BLACK. Several towels (although on the self as if clean) were dirty and stained. The bed coverlet was dirty. The air conditioner blew cold air, but did not dehumidify so the room felt damp. The front desk staff was pleasant, although made excuses that the owner didn't have money to update the place. The breakfast was adequate. Stay somewhere else.
