For context, we stayed as a family of three including a teenager on the all inclusive option. The hotel itself was extremely clean, the rooms, general areas, restaurants and pool were all kept clean and tidy. The pool was HUGE, well kept and rarely felt very busy, good temperature and depth for all age ranges. The service from check in, the restaurant staff and pool bar staff were all lovely and eager to chat in English so they could practice, although it didn't seem like they needed to. Whilst all of this was that of a 5*, there were a few downsides, that made it not seem like a 5* all inclusive... we were surprised to find that things like ice cream, crepes, chips and lunch at the pool area were not included. Snacks, early afternoon were included but this was pastries and some sandwiches so we always had to go into the buffet to eat. There were also only 5 cocktails on the all inclusive list (which may be OK for some people) and only the house wines. To eat in the Moroccan restaurant came with a surcharge and whilst not extremely expensive, seemed strange given we were in Morocco and were all inclusive. We also had to pay an approx £30 per towel deposit on arrival. There is also no poolside service. None of the above is meant as a 'negative' review, more just for other people to be aware of what to expect of the all inclusive option
