The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite big. The transportation is convenient. It's on the edge of the pedestrian street. The housekeeper downstairs is also very polite.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Marseille. Spacious and quiet room. Very professional staff. Contemporary exhibition on the stairs which greatly helps to have many nightmares at night. Shower problem with rapid flooding of the bathroom and bedroom, carpet included. Very strong smell when we arrived of chemicals in the room due to cleaning the carpet. Excellent stay.

The hotel has 5 stars. I would also like to rate it from this point of view.
The cleanliness is impeccable and the staff were mostly very friendly.
Only the night porter does not match the image you would expect from employees of such a good hotel.
Since the TV only has French programs, I tried to access Netflix. In theory, this is possible via "external source". Netflix could also be accessed, but a foreign account was logged in and my data could not be paired.
I then called the night porter. He could not help me and simply hung up.
My tip: On the phone, call up "Smart View - mirror screen". This at least allowed me to access Amazon Prime.
Another point of criticism is the towel heater. It can be switched on using a separate switch. But there is no way of seeing whether the heater is on or off. It remains very hot even after pressing the button again.

Our stay was wonderful! Staff was kind, accommodating, and helpful! Even with our 4am check out! They made our stay easy and comfortable. It was my favorite hotel in all of France, and we traveled to three cities!
