This place is neat and dear to my heart because we have a timeshare here and have gone for about 35 years now. I love all the amenities this place has to offer and the location. Its close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores (3 there) However, the rooms are in dire need of updating. They did a partial room renovation a few years ago, but it needs another. And most importantly to change the pull out sofa in the one bedrooms. Couch is comfortable and easy to open.

However, the rooms are in dire need of updating. They did a partial room renovation a few years ago, but it needs another. And most importantly to change the pull out sofa in the one bedrooms. Couch is not comfortable and pull out bed you can feel every single spring. One of the bathroom door doesn’t lock, also refrigerator would pop open. We stay in unit 10-5. Plastic deck chairs are a little tacky. This place just needs a little TLC to shine!

What an absolute dump!! 4 of us staying, we get the smallest, junkiest room. My parents are elderly, they put us upstairs with no elevator. Carpets are all stained. Rooms stink. Stairs to get to room are death traps. What a dump. Typical of Capital Vacations. Paint in hallways is peeling, indoor pool is horrible. Need to take the word resort of this place. Yikes

In the room/unit, the living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas were spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms were very cramped, with no shelves to place toiletries near the sink, nor hooks to hang anything. The shower was spacious enough, and the shower pressure was great, but the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on in a hotel. While the Sunday morning check-out staff person was notably friendly, the Friday afternoon check-in staff people were the opposite. The timeshare salesperson was as friendly and pushy as one would expect for a timeshare salesperson. The pool was nice, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and my husband enjoyed the sauna as well. The locker room could have been cleaner/better kept, but it wasn't terrible. While not in the arcade area, the pool table costs $1.50 per game. I'm not sure about the ping pong table or mini golf. There was a strong smell of cleaning product in the lobby and hallways, but inside the unit was fine. If you have trouble with stairs, make sure to request a first floor unit. Ours was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. This property doesn't have particularly nice views, and it is not that close to the beach. While it is less than a mile from the very walkable Mashpee Commons shopping area, there isn't a sidewalk the whole way there, so you'll want to drive anyway. You don't get breakfast here unless you cook it yourself, but there are plenty of options for breakfast out, and two supermarkets nearby.

The unit was great, We never used any other facilities there. We loved the area, It was quiet but close to everything. I did not like the timeshare sales people trying to get us to "spend a little time with them and learning about their timeshare" We said no and had a really hard time getting him to listen to that NO. Otherwise the place was great.

The resort is well maintained and has a lot of family activities, though we were there in the winter and did not get chance to utilize any outdoor ones. The one bedroom unit is roomy with the bedroom upstairs. It has 2 full baths which would be helpful if there were more than 2 people. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would recommend it when staying on the Cape.

I love having a kitchen and two bathrooms. I'm close to my daughter and her family who I am visiting when I come here. Very clean. Could use some updating but very comfortable.

The resort is 5 minutes away from Mashpee Commons, which is the most luxurious site in Cape Code, I believe. The general ambiance of the resort and the neighborhood was calm, rich, well-maintained, peaceful, and entertaining.
