My husband and I had a fantastic stay, we can not say anything bad about it. Sha hil is a credit to the hotel very polite, attentive and always a smile on his face. We found all the staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to help definitely would go back.

Nous avions prévu 15 jours dans cet hôtel à compter du 19/08. Résultat nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours. Un simple cauchemard, tout y est horrible. La plage, le complexe, la piscine minuscule sale où tout les gens sont agglutinés et le pire est la restauration. Pas de choix, qualité médiocre au niveau des buffets mais les restaurants du complexe ne sont pas mieux. Le café à côté est la moins pire des solutions et les serveurs y sont sympathiques. Bref, aucun rapport avec ce que l'on peut voir sur leur site. Si nous avions pu partir de l'hôtel dès notre arrivée, nous l'aurions fait volontiers. Dans notre malheur heureusement, nous avons rencontré Vinay qui s'occupe des relations clients. Très arrangeant, sympathique, serviable et à l'acoute. Merci à lui. Pour le reste, ne jamais y mettre les pieds et aller plutôt sur la côte ouest de l'île, vous trouverez des belles plages et du beau temps.

The pros far outway the cons. We arrived late as our flight was delayed for an hour so we only arrived at the hotel at around 23:30. Tirsha was there to greet us and ensure that we got settled. The following day we met with our guest relation rep Adarsh who has made our stay so special. He is an amazing young man, well versed with the most pleasant disposition and immediately knew our needs based on our character. Supplied us with all the information we needed to know about the hotel and our surrounds to ensure that our stay would be comfortable and pleasurable. Vinay ensured that the staff were looking well after us and was always visible liaising and engaging with the patrons. Made sure concerns were dealt with efficiently.. Then also much thanks to Ramesh and Angelo and their team of waitrons who made us feel like priority when we entered the dining area...Thank you to the chefs for all the yummy dishes. Rajesh the barman at the Cyan bar......thank you for engaging us and the lovely cocktails. Like I said there is just so much to say. It doesn't mean that this resort is all perfect, as it can only be experienced personally. I suppose if you as a patron have the right attitude and treat people with the respect they deserve then this review I wrote is exactly the service you gonna get. The hotel facilities meet the expected standards of a four-star establishment. The staff is excellent—polite, friendly, and helpful. The food is delightful, with a variety of local cuisines offered each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Special thanks to Vinay for his professional introduction to the island's tourist attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience.

Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Azuri Blu. The hotel is excellent, spacious, clean and well maintained rooms with great facilities. The pool area has ample sun beds and the kayaks, paddle boards and pedelos were great fun. The hotels staff are incredibly friendly and so happy to help. Vinay the Guest Services Manager arranged excursions for us both of which were amazing. Angelo and the restaurant/bar team were all great too. We'll definitely return to Mauritius and the Azuri Blu for another relaxing family holiday in the future.

After reading multiple reviews we thought everything would be top notch, in reality the hotel falls short – it completely depends on your expectations. Our experience was a real mixed bag, so I’ve attempted to detail all events factually, to decide whether this is the right destination for you. – Location The hotel is located on the windy side of the island. We expected there to be a strong breeze, but at times it was more like 30mph, so you would like a light sandblasting if on the beach – unsurprisingly no one uses the sun beds there. – Activities The hotel includes a good programme - walks, cycling, caves etc - all included. They’re short but enjoyable. You’ll need some local change to bring you back on the local bus. There’s a range of watersports kits - it’s all beginner style, so don’t expect harnesses etc for windsurfing. The beach team were not keen to let you out due to the wind. Also there’s a good amount of rocks around, so at low tide you really need to be careful. There’s one main large pool sectioned into three. At most times there are children playing in it, so was difficult to swim lengths. The main fitness pool closed for renovations, that’s behind the gym – this was a real let down. The pool area has towels left out overnight on beds or guests getting up at 5.30am, so all taken by 6am. If this is what you’re looking for, you’ll need to be early as the hotel staff don’t clear off towels after the stated 1 hour of none use. – Standard garden room Is a good size, including a Childs folding bed. There is a strange two level design, so in the night you just need to be careful is visiting the bathroom. Cleaning was ok, but the floors not mopped, so by the end of the stay looked like it needed a good clean and we ensured to leave our shoes outside. On a couple of occasions they forgot to replace the water and towels. Don’t expect flowers on pillows etc like some other more luxury resorts. Unfortunately my daughter’s necklace, which was in a small bag was thrown away by the cleaners. There was no apology, nor was it replaced. It was unfortunate but could have been handled better. We found most staff to be pleasant, possibly not as attentive as other resorts. - Food and drinks Beach bar If you’re looking for relatively poor drinks you’ve come to the right place. Cocktails are made without jigs or real care, so two can be very different. They’re all very sweet (so ask to leave the sugar syrup out) and quite weak – we suspect the local spirits are low volume and quality. If you’re after drinking any kind of booze all day you’ll enjoy it. If you’re looking for a couple of decent cocktails, you’ll be sadly disappointed. Plastic cups weren’t collected from the beach – personally we returned ours, but it wasn’t great to see some left there for days. Le Comptoir buffet - good selection, friendly chefs to speak to. Tables cleaned slowly, some younger staff not looking like they wanted to be there. Drinks at the table were a litt

We had a great time in the resort. Everything is well planned and arranged. This is a great family friendly place with plenty of things to do and explore. The food was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful towards answering questions and booking services. Thank you 🙏
