Super overcrowded and definitely not the tranquil photo as seen anywhere online. This is a very low priced all you and can eat and drink. Communication was extremely difficult. Kids were everywehere. Very overcrowded. Every person brought their own thermal mug up to the bar and they FILLED it to the top with booze. Because of the pricing, there were so many kids and it was so overcrowded I could hardly get anything.

Me agrado mucho el hotel. Han mejorado mucho. Me he hospedado 3 veces en los hoteles Palace y está vez superaron mis expectativas. Me agradaron los shows nocturnos. Excelente atención la de Angélica, Concergie del hotel; cumplí años, estando en el hotel y ella se portó increíblemente bien, haciéndonos sugerencias para celebrarlo de la mejor manera posible, le agradezco infinitamente todas sus atenciones. La Pool Party para los niños estuvo sensacional, mi niño estaba encantado. Llegamos muy temprano al hotel (7:30am.) y desde ese momento pudimos pasar a desayunar, esto es algo que no me había tocado en Mazatlán. (Normalmente había que esperar a la 1pm.) También los demás huéspedes lo comentaban. Los felicitó!!! Nos hicieron sentir muy bien, después de un largo viaje. Es algo que marca tremendamente la diferencia con otros hoteles de la ciudad. Muchas gracias por todo. Volveremos!!!

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerquita del malecón, el jacuzzi tenía mucho cloro, los alimentos muy ricos, bonitas vistas! Los alimentos en reserva, muy ricos, la música en la playa, las bebidas, todo rico, estaban haciendo remodelación de algunas habitaciones y por la mañana me tocó algo de ruido!

Muy bonita experiencia me toco en el piso 5 y la verdad esta preciosa la vista los atardeceres 🌅 hermosos servicio en restaurantes bares 10 de 10, comida muy ricas solo les falta mas variedad, show de imitación esta padrísimo y actividades en las diferentes albercas muy divertidas y entretenidas.
