Buen servicio, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Buena ubicación excepto que no se puede ir caminando a lugares comerciales. Unica queja es el sonido del transporte en las calles. Se escucha mucho en las habitaciones. Buena limpieza y una vista muy ecológica.

Posizione molto scomoda in cima ad una ripida salita lontano da tutto,bisogna sempre prendere un taxi per muoversi,si trova ad un incrocio molto trafficato e alla nostra richiesta di avere una camera silenziosa la ragazza della reception ci ha risposto che le stanze sono tutte insonorizzate,ma così non è le due notti non siamo riusciti a dormire per il rumore del traffico

Extraordinary, we loved it. It could even be more expensive. We ate everywhere in Medellin and Foresta's breakfast was the best we could have. The staff is excellent and the facilities are always clean, plus: first class service.

This hotel has excellent staff! Diana at the front desk ensures you are taken care of and the fact that she speaks English made things alot easier. She assisted with my reservation and always responded quickly to any concerns. The ladies in housekeeping and food service also go above and beyond, especially, Gloria. The rooms were always nice and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was great as they provided whatever you requested even though it is not a restaurant. The staff basically assisted with anything that was possible and always with a smile. Thank you, Diana and Gloria, you made our stay awesome! Carol 🇨🇦 and Martin 🇨🇴

I was robbed by the hotel staff. I reported a complete set of underwear missing twice and the manager never contacted me. The rooms are comfortable but there is a lot of noise and the hotel does not have common areas. The breakfast place has few tables and does not work for people who get up early because they serve it after 7am. The staff is not friendly, it is seen that they have not had service training. Very upset and dissatisfied
