I like this hotel very much. Hilton's service quality is as good as ever. The hotel is located on the bank of Nanhu Lake, next to a large shopping mall, and very close to Southwest Associated University, the old customs site, Pioneer Bookstore, etc. The location is excellent. The room decoration is very warm, and the bed decorations are carefully decorated with flowers and green plants when you check in. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and the meal service time is relatively long. Special praise should be given to the hotel's caring receptionist Yueyue. The day before check-in, she called to communicate room needs, patiently explained the tour route, upgraded the room type, and presented welcome fruits and yogurt. Xiaolong and Xiaomin at the front desk were very enthusiastic and explained the hotel's services in detail. It was a very good stay experience. It would be better if you use a high-speed elevator. I will stay here again next time, recommended!

Bringing my 14-month-old baby, this is my first time to Mengzi, Yunnan. I looked at many hotels on Ctrip and they all had good reviews. After checking in, the environment was very good, quiet, tidy and clean. The hotel staff provided very good service. The king-size bed room we booked has a special baby fence, which is very thoughtful. The room is very large, the curtains are also automatic, and the carpet in the room is very safe and clean for babies who have just learned to walk. The staff will clean the room on time every day. There is water and toiletries at each elevator entrance, which can be taken at will. There are all kinds of drinks and snacks in the room, and someone will make up for it every day after eating. It can be said that you don’t have to spend a penny except for the check-in money. Sleep until you wake up naturally every day, and breakfast and lunch will be provided from 7 am to 1 pm. You really don’t have to live near Nanhu, because the taxi from this hotel to Renhe is basically the starting price. If you are a couple, just take a walk. It feels great. I hope to have the opportunity to come again next time. It is a warm and cozy city with a slow pace. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel, it is really great.
