Hotel VIVA MERIDA es un pequeño pero muy lindo espacio en donde encontrarás rincones pintorescos en el cual no puedes evitar tomar fotografías, el staff es muy amable y están a disposición todo el tiempo, inclusive nos reservaron un taxi para nuestra salida temprano. El DESAYUNO fue muy completo, disfrutamos de un café, pan dulce, fruta, jugo y pan artesanal con mermelada hecha en casa y mantequilla al siguiente día nos organizaron un box lunch ya que nuestra salida fue antes de la hora del desayuno. La HABITACIÓN que reservamos es estándar, bastante cómoda, cuenta con cama matrimonial, una pequeña sala, closet, cajoneras, mini bar con productos de snacks y bebidas (con costo adicional) el baño está en un piso alto , ojo, quizás está opción no es tan práctica para todos los viajeros, el baño no tiene puerta es un concepto nuevo diferente algo que también deberán tomar en cuenta. En la parte alta de la habitación hay un tragaluz y un ventilador de humedad que por la noche da la sensación que te están mirando. El personal se encargó de hacerme un detalle muy especial por mi cumpleaños estoy totalmente agradecida 🙏🏻🙏🏻 , cuenta con una pequeña pero cómoda piscina, área de camastros y bar lounge hasta las 9:30 pm, también puedes rellenar tus botellas con el dispensador de agua que se encuentra junto a la recepción, el hotel es muy céntrico y vale totalmente conocer, Gracias viva Merida por todas las atenciones sin duda repetiremos la visita.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. But what sets them apart is their genuine concern for guests. They treat you to breakfast pastries that are made by their chef each morning that I enjoyed in an open-air dining room each morning .i highly recommend this hotel

We loved our stay. Our room was fabulous, large, well airconditioned. The bed was ok, a little hard but still ok. The atrium area is beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. Great service by the staff. Brenda was exceptional in arranging car pick ups and tours for us. Great location at corner of 59/68 and easy walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

Charming historic property in the center of Mérida. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard which retains its historic charm. A simple breakfast is provided. You can request drinks from the bar. Worth. noting that some rooms are more charming than others (ours had very basic tiles and beds; others have the traditional decorative tiles and old-style four poster beds). Windows are onto the street - but noise wasn't too much of an issue. Breakfast is very basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice). The offer drinks in the afternoon, but sadly no snacks to round out the aperitivo. Many locations in the historical center are about a 15-20 minute walk. Not a problem for those who like to walk (like me), but might be for others. Hotel offers 3 parking spots, but these can be full. Street parking was easy enough.

We had the pleasure of staying a few nights at the beautiful, unique hotel during our stay in Mérida. We stayed in the 2 level loft suite and loved it. Does it have a few quirks? Yes, but nothing that would stop of us from staying in the same room again. We LOVED having our spacious outdoor patio and the patio doors to opened up to it were the doors that slide all the way open so it’s like a whole wall disappears. It was just off the upstairs kitchen space and was perfect. We spent every morning and evening up there with coffee and wine. The room was in a more secluded part of the hotel, back by the quiet pool area. To access the room you had to go up 2 sets of stairs and once in, welcomed by a king sized bed. There is a lot of storage in this room as well. The stairs to the second level are not what we’d have at home, if you have mobility issues one of the other rooms might be a better choice. We loved the room, and hotel as a whole. It is very well located, walking distance to many restaurants and local sites. Daniella at the front desk was delightful as was the man on shift early in the morning the day of our 5:30am departure so we could catch our flight. We did use the parking while we were there. $130 pesos/day, just a minute walks away. We also went for a few dips in the small pool. It’s chilly, but great to cool off in. If you are thinking of staying here, you won’t regret it.

Really lovely rooms and welcoming staff. I felt really at home here; perhaps it was because the rooms are on two levels but it really felt like a little house inside a larger building. Breakfast area was also lovely. We were out really early for tours two days of our stay (before breakfast started) and the hotel made us bagged up breakfasts to take with us so we didnt have to worry about breakfast. Our favourite hotel of our trip to Mexico

Expérience exceptionnelle : tout d abord un personnel d une gentillesse hors pair, nous avions oublié une casquette nous avons été rappelé dans le 1/4 d heure de notre départ … quelque soit notre demande cela a toujours été oui … de très belles chambres avec un wifi fonctionnant à la perfection … un emplacement idéal à qqs minutes du centre ville !!! Un grand merci pour ce séjour et nous serons ravis d le revenir !

petit hôtel très sympa à 8 mn à pied du centre ville… Très joli patio central , typique . Chambre nickel, petit bemol, la nôtre n avait pas de fenêtre… Piscine sans grand intérêt. Personnel super, reactif et efficace! Petit déjeuner délicieux avec carte en français 😜

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an extremely pleasant time. The room was spacious, but the bed was a little small. The location is excellent for tourists looking to see Mérida. And is situated ideally for many restaurants and cafes. I can’t believe this is only a 3* hotel, it felt like a lot more. Would definitely recommend
