Voy a empezar con lo malo. El desayuno deja mucho que desear. No tenían salsa verde. Porciones muy chicas. No dan jugo de naranja. Tampoco ponen botellas de agua. Fuera de eso, espectacular. Nos atendió Oscar, gran persona. Muy atento y receptivo.

Excelente opción de hospedaje boutique en el centro de Merida! Decoración muy bonita de calidad y la atención y profesionalismo de su equipo es una magnífica experiencia! Su restaurante cuida todos los detalles de calidad, precio y presentación en gastronomía. Definitivamente uno de mis favoritos en Merida!!

Fue una muy grata experiencia, todo el staff muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, muy respetuosos y atentos. La habitación limpia y cómoda, espaciosa y la cama agradable . Parece que el hotel está nuevo :) no probamos los alimentos, y no tiene estacionamiento propio del hotel pero ofrecen una opción accesible y a unos cuantos pasos

Es toda una experiencia quedarse ahí pues el interiorismo es de concurso. Es una joya y muy tranquilo para descansar!!! Amo la alberca tan elegante y el personal hace todo lo posible para crear una magnífica estancia!!! Simplemente lo recomiendo por bonito ♥️

This felt like coming home. Absolutely loved it.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The windows and doors look original to the property and are very rustic and gorgeous. Same for the beams, dresser and bed frames. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. The breakfast options are a tad limited but delicious. If you order juice, it is made fresh on the spot (I saw the waiter making ours).
The area is very walkable. If you’re Catholic; Santa Ana Parish nearby has English masses. There’s a couple of restaurants and shops nearby. Tons more if you walk a few more blocks on the downtown or Paseo Montejo directions. Plus, the famous La Negrita Bar is only feet away. The cocktails are huge but it is VERY affordable there.

A beautiful, boutique hotel in the old town. About ten minutes walk to the Cathedral. We had a room with doors opening onto the garden. There’s a small pool, nicely landscaped. A small restaurant area for breakfast. It’s all very beautifully designed. The biggest selling point is the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful, including helping us arrange a trip to the Cenotes, Particularly want to thank Maate who was so charming and helpful. Only thing to be aware of is that there are no steps in to the pool so you have to be able to lift yourself out.

Отель с очень ограниченной инфраструктурой, правильнее назвать аппартаментами. Странно что имеет почти 5 звезд в Booking и tripadvisor. Комфортные номера но в отеле нет ничего от понятия отель. Даже лифта, при том что он не одноэтажный. Багаж вы должны перемещать по очень неровным полам отеля и лестницам.

El hotel es muy lindo, excelentes acabados. No usamos la alberca pero se ve bien. Tiene aire acondicionado que funciona a la perfección. El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Algo que no me gustó es que sus habitaciones te dan la sensación de poca privacidad. La regadera está a la intemperie y, aunque supongo que nadie se asoma, hay una puerta que da hacia el pasillo común que permitiría eso. Repito: no es que esté en la pasada pero no termina siendo cómodo. Lo mismo en baño, la ventana da hacia la regadera así que no queda la sensación de estar en tu habitación. Hablando del baño, la habitación es pequeña y tiene esas puertas de vidrio templado que no cierra del todo sino que deja la orilla expuesta, igual: no acaba uno de sentirse cómodo.

La atención del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Fueron flexibles con los horarios de entrada y salida. El hotel es pequeño pero las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Lo recomiendo.
