Estoy queriendo cambiar la fecha de reservación por cuestiones climáticas y me dicen que no es posible y que se hará el cobro. Realmente es un robo esto que está pasando. Llevo años viajando y es la primera vez que un establecimiento hace esto. Cero en servicio al cliente

This hotel is steps away from the main city square so that you are blocks from all the best restaurants, sites and parks. The staff are fantastic as well, very friendly and helpful. The central atrium, high ceilings and secret outdoor terrace are great amenities as well. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because: (1) the central atrium radiates noise up to all guestrooms facing onto the atrium, meaning that you can hear loud people on the ground floor restaurant all the way into your guestroom which can disrupt sleep (2) the bathroom sinks are poorly designed, with a sink that doesn't have a proper bowl shape and a sensitive faucet / tap, resulting in getting splashed by water every time you use it

This hotel not only offers a refreshing pool, but also a wide selection of excellent drinks. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make staying here a real pleasure! The staff is really friendly and the music is relaxed. I can recommend it to everyone!

Very nice location. Good and very relaxed music. Nice place to drink and chill with friends at the pool. The barkeeper is very friendly and prepared some really good drinks. We even got free towels without asking. I would definitely come back :)

Très bon emplacement proche de la cathédrale et décoration très jolie. Toutefois attention à la chambre que vous réservez car nous avons eu une chambre sans fenêtre qui sentait le renfermé et les égouts. De plus pas de chance la piscine était HS pendant les 3 jours. La réception a pu nous changer de chambre et nous surclasser dans une suite avec balcon qui était très agréable. Il a fallu partager le King size à trois, mais c’était le prix à payer pour avoir un peu d’air et une odeur agréable. Le petit déjeuner qui était inclus ne comprenait pas de salé, heureusement la réception a fait un geste et nous a offert les œufs brouillés/omelette.

Beautiful hotel, elegant rooms, but it's the staff that really makes this special. They went out of their way to make every aspect of our stay wonderful. Great breakfasts, we loved the chilaquiles, and in the evening the pizzas are a delight. We will without a doubt stay here on our next visit to Mérida.

Un hotel boutique muy lindo y ubicado Justo en el centro de la ciudad Bueno: El cuarto estaba hermoso, súper limpio y moderno con un toque elegante Fuimos en un paquete romántico y todo está lleno de rosas La cena que nos inlcuia fue con vista al balcón de nuestro cuarto y muy rica, de 3 tiempos con un vino rosa delicioso El servicio de masaje igual muy bueno Regular: Les falta personal en el área de restaurante/bar En la mañana desde las 7am nos despertó el ruido del tráfico de la calle, al estar en el centro se oía la banda de guerra del ayuntamiento, los camiones y coches pitando
