Merriam Hotels with Airport pickup service

I like the soft and comfortable bed and quilt, the spacious and clean room, and the quiet environment.

Being that I am a Diamond Member I knew how the Hilton Brand Hotels are supposed to run. This one is falling short of the brand. Seems to be an ongoing trend. On arrival even though we had already checked in early in the day, something was wrong in the computer regarding our payment. The hostess seemed not able to resolve it because of the ”new system”. It appeared she needed more training. She was not able to give more than one access card, she also was not able to get our mobile key to work. The HVAC was OFF when we finally got to our room at 11:59PM and it was HOT all night long. It would not of done any good to change as I am sure all the rooms were the same considering this was our ”reserved” room in advance. The TV channels would come and go as if the wind blew the wrong direction. We called it a night and went to sleep.

Using new tap card for room. Clean room with a bathtub, hot but not super hot shower water. TV set with many channels. Comfortable bed with 5 pillows. Excellent breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy with cranberry juice, orange juice, and apple juice and good coffee. Right next door to a Denny's.

The environment is so-so, it is normal motel can park, there is a supermarket nearby ikea gas station

Ive had the pleasure of staying here a couple days a week for 4-5 months now. Not only is the location great, but the hotel is very clean! The beds and pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel seems to be a bit older however, it has been nicely updated. The pool and fitness center are also very nice! They seem to be short staffed (like the rest of the U.S) however the employees they do have really are exceptional. Every time I’ve had contact with the staff the are friendly. Nicole at the front Desk is exceptional. She really seems to care! She had the answers to all my questions and was familiar with the area and had some great recommendations! Any request I have ie) room serviced, extra pillows, coffee, etc. have always been met. Customer service like this is hard to find, and is one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

Traveling for a Dr appt. And love this HDE! The staff is so polite and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Only complaint is guests who don't close room doors quietly! But hey, no amount of complaining can fix rude people....... Have yet to enjoy the pool here, I'm always too tired it seems. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls, yum yum.
