海景房景色驚艷！陽光或者晴間多雲時極其美麗！
前台服務和房間服務都非常殷勤熱情！
提供接送站服務（META車站）！這是我入住才知道的，早知道就不費勁拉箱子去了。
餐飲一級，非常有意大利特色！
房屋設施相對簡單。但是以上的優點已經很滿足了。

Mycket mycket trevlig personal, otroligt hjälpsamma med allt från parkering till frukost etc! Det som kunde varit bättre är AC'n som väldigt svag så det var varmt och fuktigt jämt på rummet, och sängarna (3 st separata 80 cm breda) kändes små och som ihopfällbara tältsängar. Endast en smal kudde per säng. Under sena kvällen sköt kryssningsfartyg höga fyrverkerier som lät som bomber, mycket störande eftersom det höll på typ 30 minuter. Tv'n på rummet var gammal så det gick inte attkoppla sin mobil för att kunna se på netflix/youtube etc. Tråkigt eftersom allt på tv-kanalerna är dubbat till italienska :/
Området var supervackert med väldigt vacker utsikt från rummet! Underbar badstrand nedanför hotellet. 15 min med bil in till Sorrento.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione favorevole e ha un ingresso molto accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre giorni. La nostra camera, pur essendo arredata in modo semplice, offriva una splendida vista sul mare. Tuttavia, il bagno richiederebbe qualche miglioria: sarebbe preferibile che i prodotti forniti dall'hotel, come shampoo e bagnoschiuma, fossero disposti in modo più ordinato, magari in una piccola cesta invece di essere sparsi sul lavabo. La colazione è stata deludente, ben al di sotto delle aspettative per un hotel a 4 stelle. Il buffet era scarso, con macedonia immersa nello sciroppo, frutta limitata alle pere, latte, tre succhi di frutta alla macchinetta, e una selezione di salumi e formaggi di scarsa qualità. Per tre mattine, mi sono limitato a pane e marmellata.

Storico hotel situato sul promontorio di Meta. Cortesia accoglienza e disponibilità sono le caratteristiche che fanno di questo Hotel la migliore scelta per una vacanza. Munito di una piccola piscina che rede piacevole anche una sosta il pomeriggio sui tavolini posizionati sui bordi. Troppo rigido l'orario della colazione, il meitre attento più agli orari che hai clienti, si presta a rigidi sguardi mettendo suggestione. Simpaticissimi i camerieri ed il personale sempre attento all'esigenza dei clienti, senza mai dire di no. Ottimo soggiorno per una serena vacanza.

La vista del hotel era preciosa , no así de las habitaciones pequeña y sin vista, desayuno mala calidad , fruta agria , no hay bus de acercamiento solo hasta la estación , piscina pequeña y cierra temprano , no es hotel 4 estrellas , sin playa privada tampoco

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our AC was broken leaving the room at a nice 88 degrees, they refused to let us have another room or even come look at the AC. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. But The food was decent and the views were nice.

Ho soggiornato al Panorama Palace dal 28 maggio al 2 giugno con un viaggio organizzato. Ho letto recensioni pessime ed altre stupende, onestamente ritengo che la verità sia nel mezzo. L hotel è bello, con ambienti comuni spaziosi e piacevoli e la vista del panorama è eccezionale. Ho avuto la fortuna di avere la camera 302,al primo piano, fronte mare, e non posso dire nulla, arredamento basico ma carino, letto comodo, pulita. Purtroppo il bagno è cieco e il balcone in realtà è a filo parete quindi non c'è la possibilità di stendere niente. La colazione è basica, da un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe di più. Nulla da dire sulla cena, tre primi (pasta, risotto e minestra) e tre secondi (carne, pesce e vegetariano) da scegliere la sera precedente, comunque tutto ben cucinato, buono e leggero. Camerieri e personale gentili e disponibili. Posizione bella per il panorama, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Metà, ben servita dai bus per Sorrento. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Um dos piores hotéis que conheci, estive com um grupo de 35 pessoas e o hotel não tinha acomodação para todas embora reservado desde nov/2023. 8 pessoas ficaram em uma casa ao lado do hotel. Pessoal de atendimento estúpidos mal educados e desrespeitosos. Quartis com boxes de chuveiro menores doque navios
