The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

I arrived in Mexico just before lunchtime and didn't fly out until later in the evening so wanted a place to get a shower, have nap and rest before the flight home. I used an app to search for hotels that offered a 'day rate' and found this one I was really impressed A taxi from the airport cost $MXN 45 and I was there within ten minutes Check in was fast and easy and free tea and coffee are available too The room was big, had great double gazing keeping out the street noise and a really good blackout blind so I got a few hours rest before taking a walk outside and grabbing some food from the stalls near the hotel. Just before checkout I realised I needed to print some documents and the reception did that for me for free, thanks I'd happily recommend this hotel and stay again, thanks, andrew

There are no disposable toiletries or slippers in the room. You have to buy them at your own expense. The room is quite big. There is no convenience store near the hotel. I have made a reservation before. Due to the flight rescheduling, I checked in one day later. I couldn't find the information on the computer. I again Book a room yourself on the spot! This kind of hotel can only be called a makeshift hotel when traveling. It can only match our domestic hotels and cannot be called a hotel.

We needed to book a last minute overnight stay in Mexico City, The Camino Real was about 250 + tax , Hilton about the same. WE was offering about half price . Good decision pickup at airport 3 mins to WE . Excellent shuttle driver helped with bags . Quick check in with a smile. Luggage up to nice clean room ,plush bed ,rainfall shower with lots of pressure. Great seafood restaurant. They have 2 shuttle buses that leave every 15 mins or like us they just loaded us and dropped us off right at our gate. Way better than shelping our bags from the Camino of the Hilton. This is the way to go . And wife is happy.

I specially booked this hotel during my transit and found it to be a treasure. It is of consistent Marriott standards. Although it is located in the T1 terminal of the airport, there is no sound at all and the room is very big. I am very satisfied!
