The hotel was under construction. The lift was only for two people but if you have luggages you have to go by yourself, the size is really tiny. Also the bathroom, the drain might be blocked as when showering, the water dont go down straight away. It was flooding inside. The bathroom looks old. But the room it self it's okay. Also we are struggling to put luggages in the room as there were no space. There was no complimentary water available.

Mike at the front desk had a terrible service attitude. Ctrip booked the wrong room. When I checked in and arrived at the room, I contacted Ctrip to resolve the issue, but they said they couldn't resolve it. I said I would cancel it, but that didn't work either. I had to wait for Ctrip to resolve the issue. I complained to the supervisor at Ctrip and it's been half a month and it still hasn't been resolved. It's been half a month and I'm still furious when I think about it!
