The mattress is very comfortable. I have the best sleep in a hotel. The quilt has no quilt cover and is full of balls. The blanket does not have a quilt cover. It is not in line with the Chinese habit of staying in a hotel. I asked the Indians why the quilt is so thin and there is no quilt cover. There is hair on it and it is dirty. Huhu, the quilt, sheets and pillows are all the same color. The Indians said don't worry, we have all been disinfected and washed. They lied with their eyes wide open. There is free water and heating. The Indian waiters are unreliable. They said they would send quilts the next day. No, there is a waitress who is more reliable. They are very welcoming and provide free water if you want. It’s no problem if you want anything. Those who first experienced it thought that the Indians might have forgotten it. I experienced three Indian waiters, all of whom were ***. Making things difficult at every turn, targeting at every turn, it doesn't matter what you want, the boss has the same attitude, the boss doesn't have the same attitude, and there is nothing that should be there, lying and deceiving people, I will not go to any store with Indians in the future. Very enthusiastic, even if you want free water, everything is fine . At the beginning, few people thought that Indians might have forgotten. After experiencing three Indian waiters, they were all scumbags. Difficulty everywhere, targeted everywhere, nothing to ask for. The boss has one attitude, and if the boss doesn't have the same attitude, there should be no such thing as lying and deceiving people. In the future, even if there are Indian shops, they won't go.

This hotel features a rich breakfast! Too rich! Although it is far from the city center, it is quite convenient to travel next to the green line subway station. The only drawback is that there is no kettle in the room. If you want to open the water, ask for the downstairs, but this one has disposable slippers. The room is quite big

The place locates in a periferia of the city. The nearest station to go to city center was Milano Forlanini stop of suburbian train - 15 min to the station Milano Piazza Garibaldi than to excange to Metro. All in the room 301 needs repairing - rotted battery? broken doors (photo). Every day all room was full by filthy smells. The inner handle of the bathroom door has broken when I have closed it and I was locked. When I have begun to knock to the door to draw attention the door itself has been broken. At the result their staff has extorted from me 200 euro to change the door made of cartoon. As I had no time to discuss with them in fact I have paid threir shortages and bad maintainance of the property. I was many times in Milan, Italy and other countries but never have met noso crude and unadequate stuff, a real crooks, nor so badly maintained property.

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

Hello, Arrived in January for a 3 night stay. Everything was very nice and tidy. The hotel is in a quite neighbourhood . Around 4 km to Central sights. A big supermarket nearby and a few bars. Staff was great . Cleaning done daily . Food was great and with various choises

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

This hotel is in the Porta Romana district and was within 30 minutes walk of the Duomo so, for us, it was a good locational it was not in the busy part of the city but was close enough to enable us to walk or take public transport to get around all the major central sites. A strong point in its favour is that there are many restaurants close by which we found very convenient - they were good to ! Staff were courteous without being gushing; breakfast was excellent; superior room was tidy and plenty adequate for our requirements.

I would like to say I never go out of my way to write a bad review, as I understand nowhere is perfect and often it’s just one or two minor things which aren’t good. But sadly I had to review this experience. Upon check-in the grumpy person behind the desk took photocopies of our passports. We were given a key with a chunky, dirty keyring and weren’t told how we could get to our room or given any sort of information as to what to expect on our stay here. We were given no leaflets or anything in our room about nearby attractions. When we entered our room we instantly noticed how dirty the room was. Overall the interior of both the hotel and the rooms are pleasant and seemingly lovely traditional Italian. Sadly it seems that the owner has given up with ensuring it is kept nice and clean as everything looks shabby and wilted. We aren’t even being picky, the standard things which you would expect to be clean were very dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered, the surfaces looked unwiped, the shower head was filthy with limescale so had to request it to be cleaned as genuinely felt it was unsafe to shower under. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor and pillows were flat. We had to request more pillows several times. We were just given 1 sheet (which was thankfully the only thing in the room clean) to sleep with and no headboard. The drain in the shower smelt really bad when water from the shower drained into it - it smelt like the sewer. The only 2 working plug sockets in the whole of the room and bathroom were if you unplugged the TV and on the floor near the bathroom door with nowhere to rest anything on (e.g. a phone to charge). We found a mini fridge in our room under the desk but sadly no option of a mini bar where we could purchase waters or snacks. This could be a great opportunity for the hotel to make the guest experience better and also make money and yet something else which they don’t care about. The chair at the desk had also seen better days and looks like it’s been thrown around. Also, when the maid cleaned our room, they shoved our pyjamas almost in a ball nearly on top of the dirty phone in the room. We were disgusted. Sadly there is no restaurant on site or any options for food or drink which is extremely unusual. We found that the staff were overall quite rude but when we showed them our flat pillows and the shower head they seemed to understand where we were coming from and a little embarrassed. Nearby there seems to be a few transport links but we were given no information how to get into Milano Centrale or to attractions such as Duomo. Because of this and how confusing we found the transport system, we sadly spent an unnecessary amount on Uber’s because none of the staff would really help us. Unfortunately with it being August, all shops/restaurants/cafes/businesses within several miles are closed. They need the hotel inspector to visit.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Everything went well. However, the hotel is far from the center of milan and it takes about an hour by public transport (3 transfers by bus) to get there. Employees very nice, helpful, with knowledge of English. The hotel is clean.
