Good location, new hotel, no airport shuttle. 100 meters opposite to Millbrae Station. One stop from the airport by BART. But this stop costs $5, which is quite expensive. Breakfast is pretty good, make your own waffles, which is my favorite.

The room is large and new, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and surrounded by restaurants and shopping, which is safe and quiet. My husband and were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was a good size overlooking the airport runway. The hotel was very clean and a great variety for breakfast each day. We loved the public transit which was right out the front door, Caltrain and BART which we used several times to go to Oracle Park even though we had a car. A great experience for sure! We would come back again.

The room was nice and had a mini-kitchen. The property is newer and is well-maintained. Great location, walking distance to the BART station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Only two minor issues: 1. The don’t offer free water beyond the first 2 they give you at check-in. You have to buy or bring more. 2. Their point of sale is not set up to bypass PIN codes for overseas credit cards, so we had to switch the method of payment, which was inconvenient. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and we would stay there again.
