The second time, there was nothing prepared for all of this, so we had to complain, and the third time there were no amenities, but the worst thing is that when we complained, they came to tell us personally that they would take care of solving it and we are still waiting for them. They did nothing. So as April progressed, each stay had worse service. The breakfast was good, but, according to who was in charge, the speed of replenishment of what was missing was poor. The reception is extremely small and uncomfortable, the breakfast area is tight on space, and the rooms are small but well kept. The Miraflores area where it is located is good.
