Hotel was very clean and the AC is cold!!! Nice bathrooms and good size toilet. Walking distance to the beach, fast food, outlets, and convenience store. Wish they included free breakfast for their guest (embassy suites does). Overall it was a good stay.

The experience was great overall. Except that there is no free continental breakfast. After paying over 300 dollars a night, you'd think it was free.

They only clean rooms every 4th day and suppose to change out towels and empty trash every 2 days but this didn’t happen. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach but one of the guys driving the shuttle appeared we bothered him for requesting the shuttle. Not the best

It’s in a convenient location. Staffs were good except one night staff who held me 35 minutes just to print separate receipts for room service and foods/drink because she did not know how to separate those. Instead she was like “You must let us know that you need separate receipts while you check in”. She said so only because she did not know how to do that for which she was asking for help over the telephone with someone remotely, while I was waiting 35 minutes for check out.
