位置在木浦市，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，離江邊很近，江邊可以散步，非常舒服，每次來木浦市都住這裏，非常喜歡的一家酒店。

평화광장과 영산강 옆이라서 주변에 술집, 밥집이 많음.
아침이나 저녁에 산책하고 강변 구경하기에도 좋음.
목포 구도심에 차량으로 다니는데 10분 정도 걸림.
길 건너에 주차장이 따로 있어서 매우 편리함.
언뜻 보면 낡아 보이는 시설인데 스타일이 다소 복고풍스럽지 깨끗하고 잘 관리됨.
3인실은 방이 넓고 옷장공간이 여럿이라 불편하지 않음.
묵은 방이 2층이라 강변풍경은 못보았음.
