The workers in the hotel were terrible. They stole my friend's phone, and when it was tracked to their staff quarters, they refused to comply. And when you hang your clothes at the clothesline, they get stolen. DISCLAIMER: Thieves are roaming around, preying on your items.

My phone got stolen by one of the workers on 22/08/2024 . We tracked it to the staff quarters but the management refused to cooperate. Such a terrible experience it ruined my trip. They are stealing from guests, go there at your own risk. Their customer service is also very poor

Very poor customer service .POOR POOR TERRIBLE..we waited for 2 hrs for a waiter to take our order and after the order it took forever to get the food .The food was terrible.I was very disappointed.The waiters/waitress were always missing no where to be found.

I bet its a good hotel, but one of the soldiers at the entrance, a lady, gave me the worst impression I have ever seen in any hotel entrance. She was rude while talking to me and not welcoming at all. She was very unprofessional which made me find everything in the hotel just terrible. Her lack of manners and professionalism was evident in her body language, the way she looked at me, and tone of voice. I could sense that she was not interested in letting me in the hotel in a good way. It was as if she was doing me a favor by allowing me to enter the premises. Not only was her behavior unwelcoming, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and unworthy as a guest visiting for the first time. She showed no respect or consideration for me as a customer and her behavior was just completely uncouth.

hotel is clean but some staff are very rude. Adan also swindles commisions promised when you bring the hotel guests. Not everything is bad , but Adan should learn to treat clients with some respect . The beach was exceptional though ..Improve on that .

Milele best Milele was a very good experience comparing to what I experienced in a similar 3 star hotel in November. The food was excellent and plenty from breakfast to dinner. Service was good but most of their workers seemed very robotic as if they were being automated (not welcoming at all except for a few like the receptionist but their Manager is very friendly. Rooms are very neat and spacious with an air conditioner but the shower water was very oceanic salty. Very hard to bath with though they should provide several gel tubes not one. The beach was very good with that privacy policy nature. Beach front not very attractive like there should be a few umbrellas. Very good especially for families and groups(serene)

The hotel has no mini fridge and also lacks the kettle for hot water and coffee when needed. Was shocked to also find that the hotel does not serve cold drinks- specifically juice at night and if you need you must incur extra costs The food was not the best The rooms- very bad pressure for shower, rusted sink that had metallic smell because of the overly salty water The showering water is extremely salty Room cleaning- I have to appreciate the cleaning done when I left was good though- good job to the house keepers

The hotel is excellent.The food was awesome.The christian values were ideal since we had small children.We welcome anyone to try out with Kobiro safaris.Their staff were friendly and considerate.👍👍🙏
