Swansea North

Good location, reasonably close to both the M4 and Swansea city centre, with loads of places to eat to suit all budgets. Nice rooms, decent sized bed, great shower, plenty of parking. Friendly, very helpful reception staff on duty during evening of Monday 30th Sept.

Fantastic place to stay. We were breaking our long journey. Welcoming. Super clean comfortable room with all you needed. Great connection to the M4 too. Also the breakfast we had was delicious.

What would have been a perfect stay was ruined on both nights by an inconsiderate van driver parked below our window, continously slamming his doors (especially his side sliding door 8 to 10 times) which being it was 1 15am and 12.30am completely woke us up on both occasions. Also, when we arrived we needed to use the toilet urgently and was told it was in the Brewers Fayre only yards away. As there was only one cubicle was shocked to see it had toilet seat broken off and on the floor, and worse still, no toilet paper at all. As you can imagine, we didn't eat there. Overall the room was lovely, clean and a shame those other things spoilt our stay.

The hotel was very comfy and clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I had an amazing night sleep in the comfy bed and a lovely hot and powerful shower. The food was great value for money and I enjoyed eating out at the adjoining restaurant.

Very friendly team who were on hand to help at a moments notice. Location is very good with a good selection of food and drink venues within a 5min walk. Good size car park with good facilities. 100% recommend will definitely be back.

Rooms were not clean sufficiently. Sides were dusty, furniture and items were dusty. Room smelt like **** for the past 4 days I was there and I had restless nights. The windows wouldn’t open as there “was sufficient air flow” & the room felt like a sauna I was boiling in. I have claustrophobia so it made it 10x worse that I couldn’t open the window.

We stay here for the first time of staying at this premier inn after a day visiting friends in cardigan bay we stay here as it was a bit closer to where we all lived in England We found the staff helpful and both our rooms were clean and comfortable no issues at all plus we were in the building with air con which worked fine too . We had breakfast the next morning at the brewer fayer which was hot nice and enough to pick from . Only thing we did find was on the Sunday evening when we got there at 8.15 pmthat it close at 9.30 pm we all said we were glad we had eating as there were other people who were still eating at 9.15 pm rushing to finish there food and drinks and people coming in at 9 pm not knowing it close at 9.30 pm too

The staff gave us tips on where is child friendly and suited as well as being children friendly with activities to keep them busy. Room clean and comfortable too. Breakfast was great value and quality too.
