It is definitely the best accommodation in Chengde! Two sets of toiletries were given to the children, and there were also souvenirs when they left.

During the May Day holiday, I took my child on a trip. Since it was a temporary decision to go to Chengde, I booked a room on the evening of April 29. There were no parent-child rooms. I saw that there were two separate 1.35-meter single beds in the room and decided to put them together. The 2.7-meter bed was enough for a family of three (the child was about 1.4 meters). When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there were no children's products. I called the hotel front desk to ask for children's products and soon delivered special slippers, bath towels, toothbrushes, bath gel and a thin quilt for the child. They helped us put the two beds together into a huge big bed. Since there was a plan to put the bed together, I brought a small mattress and put it on the seam, which was really comfortable. The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!

The consumption is not expensive. There is a naughty castle inside, which is not big, but it is enough for children to consume their physical strength. I didn’t experience foot massage and sweat steaming with my children. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are often people smoking in the corridor. Maybe there are many people staying during the National Day holiday, and there are a lot of smokers. The corridor often smells strong smoke. I hope the hotel can have stronger supervision in this regard, or set up a smoking room. After all, a relatively closed hotel poses a great safety hazard to the hotel.

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation of the hotel is not good. When you sleep at night, you can always hear the sound of passing cars. I hope that the sound insulation effect can be further improved. Overall, this stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. This hotel is outstanding in terms of service, facilities and location. I highly recommend it to any friends who plan to travel to the city.

We bought some fruits there, and the price was affordable. 5. The service staff are of high quality. Whether in the corridor or the lobby, they will greet each other when they meet, which feels very comfortable. 6. The hotel is well managed and the hygiene is very good. The facilities can be seen to be a few years old, but they are still clean and tidy, and elegant.
