Mountain View Hotels in Hurghada

The place is quiet and beautiful... the staff are excellent (or the crew is special). One of the things I liked was the live music during dinner. The food is very good, but not luxurious (or not fancy) in the sense that you won't find shrimp (or prawns) or steak. The beach is beautiful, but it is rocky, unfortunately. It is more suited for relaxation and unwinding (or rest and relaxation).

Excellent resort with amazing sea views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the service was outstanding from check-in to departure. We especially loved the private beach and sunset views. A fantastic all-inclusive experience. Plenty of food choices, lovely swimming pools, restaurants and gardens were all impressive. Staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were happy and comfortable. I would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Hotel is good, lots of swimming pools, good beach, but little for this hotel. Of good: clean in the room, good service if you live in the buildings. Of the downsides: in the bungalow there is never hot water, my friends went to take a shower to me in the room. There are two swimming pools with heating, but heating, you can say no if you are Russian, there are conflicts with holidaymakers from the Baltic. More cool and clean, to the depth to go long, and so super)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Good environment, worthy of the price

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Great location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.

Very good hotel. Rooms are big and fresh. The food is tasty, also there is a live music on the dinner in Saturday evening. Recommend! Good for this price

Обслуживание отличное ! Персонал вежливый , ненавязчивый , внимательный , добрый отзывчивый ! 👍 Отель изношенный, но стараются сделать всё для гостей! Ремонтируют , убираются! Постояльцы в основном местные. Цена и качество соответствует 👍 Я довольна, спасибо за гостеприимство! 🤝🤗
