Mountain View Hotels in Tromso

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a 3-minute walk from the city center and 3-5 minutes from all tour meeting points. Tromsø is very safe, and the apartment itself is apparently newly renovated, very clean and simple, with a very Nordic feel. All the essentials are included, even coffee, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Staying in an apartment in Tromsø is a great option, allowing you to cook meals with fresh ingredients for days! The hotel is in an excellent location in the harbor overlooking the Arctic Cathedral and right next to Storgata!!! It is a bit old but remains traditional!! Perhaps some renovation in the rooms would be needed! Breakfast is a classic intercontinental breakfast buffet while the dinner is somewhat poor and basic! The fika is a nice touch!! The staff was pleasant and smiling except for the skinny young man on the day we checked in who was obviously bored and wanted to go to school and did not inform us about anything!! We had to ask him about all the procedures of the meals and the hotel while he did not provide us with any other information either about the hotel's facilities or information about the city! It is worth it just for the location and we would probably prefer it again!! And yes, we saw the northern lights one night from our window across the mountain and above the harbor!!!
