The staff are warm and friendly, and I appreciate that they provide hot water at the Barception for instant drinks or cup noodles. I also enjoyed their hot latte (self paid) it was perfect for warming up as I stepped out and strolled toward my first stop, the Tromsø City Library and Archive."

"Since it's the off-season here inTromsø in the summer, the cost of staying is much lower than in many other parts of Norway. So, considering the price I paid, my experience at the Dock Hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are among the newest, and the design is rich in textures and shows great attention to detail. The bathroom, in particular, is very spacious. Other than that, I would also say the city itself centers around this hotel because it's the first stop of the bus that goes to the airport, and my guided tour also used this hotel as the meeting point. Overall, my stay was pretty much perfect in every aspect."

"Hotel was quiet , conveniently located , and rooms were really clean. The shampoo and soap provided were from RITUALS , a pretty good company ! I'd recommend placing a small bin for waste in the rooms - but there's a main recycling bin in the hallway of each level"

"My room has a partial sea view but there are better rooms with a full sea view. I went up to the top floor gym, and the view was spectacular! There's a door that leads to a small balcony, which u could take some beautiful photos. Breakfast for me was the usual international breakfast. There's not much to talk about. Location is ideal. Shopping is within walking distance and many restaurants around. Service staff was amazing. Great service provided."

"The facilities is very good, it has common kitchen and area. Also it provides free tea and coffee and snacks. However the common kitchen closes at 10:00pm, it a bit inconvenient for that. The WiFi is also a bit weak, sometime phone cannot connect."
