Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find. Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me. These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

Very good cave hotel, breakfast is an authentic Turkish meal. The hotel is in a cave on the top of the mountain. You can see the sky full of hot air balloons when you open the door in the morning. The scenery is beautiful, quiet and primitive. The owner and his family are also very nice. Will choose here when I go to Cappadocia
