Very neat and clean room with good amenities. Situated in an old building but when you enter the hotel on first floor it's very modern kind of atmosphere. Good breakfast. Considering the Mumbai lack of space resulting in small rooms, the hotel has tried to pack everything in the space available. Special shout out to Khushal Singh ji, who was very polite and helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

Everything was good. Hotel lacks a lift as its on 1 st floor bags need to be carried by stairs

The location is nearby the back side of cs-mt railway station. Good staff behaviour. Rooms are clean only thing is rooms are too small.

My colleague and I stayed here for a few nights and had such a wonderful experience in this establishment. The rooms are clean, the showers are hot, the bed comfortable. Most impressive was the professional and kind manager, Hemond, and an excellent staff.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Deluxe mit Stadtblick. Das gesamte Team von Herrn Hemond bis zum freundlichen Koch, war immer die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingestellt und erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, im Bezirk konnte *** vieles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Im Flur kann *** sehr gut zum entspannen sitzen. Täglich wechselndes Frühstück. Vielen Dank für die super Versorgung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We slept one night in Mumbai in the Elphinstone hotel. Excellent experience, clean rooms, very friendly staff and good breakfast They even allowed us to take an extra shower before our next train, we are super happy to recommend this hotel in Mumbai!
