Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

Rooms are small and there is no balcony in facing to sea the purpose you are going and paying huge money not worth

The property was great but the rooms were not up to the mark. There was dampness in the rooms and no provision to open windows or exhaust in the bathroom to let out the steam. Service overall was great.

We had a great experience at the hotel. It is an Unique and very well maintained property. Spent two nights over there and Mr. Anuroop Ashokan and his team made it a memorable stay. Would like to thank Mr. Anuroop for the extended hospitality. Staff is very courteous and very helpful. We booked the room facing the pool side and the view was mesmerizing. The property has got huge pool and you have access to the back which is just 100 meters away. They have good spread of buffet for breakfast. Got two dining areas one is coffee shop and other is Chinese Cuisine as well as bar. Over all amazing experience and looking forward to another stay.

The place is good, but there is a foul smell of dried fish 24*7. They have an open jacuzzi, so one of the good experience. Hotel staff is polite and Hotel is clean. Food too good. We stayed here for 2 nights, in half a day you get used to the foul smell else the property is amazing and well maintained!! Overall the stay was a good one just 1 less star for the foul smell.

The Retreat Mumbai is a hidden gem in the midst of the city The deluxe suite on the 6th floor is very spacious.There is a terrace with fabulous views a massive living room with a bar , dining & seating areas The attached bedroom is luxurious & comfortable Its a great option for friends & families enjoying together The entire property is well maintained very clean with a happy vibe! Chef Bhat’s team did a superb job with every dish we ordered! The food the hospitality the warm service all made our stay very special 👌🏻

This hotel was terrible the rooms were not very clean there was only 1 restaurant which had a limited choice of food
the staff were slow and could not understand simple requests due to language barrier
By far the worst thing about this hotel was the smell of fish being gutted all around the hotel which was so bad we were even unable to stand outside the hotel for even a few seconds
Avoid this hotel there is no way this is a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star

Staff of very good and well behaved. But the property had a very bad fish smell as soon as you step out in open. Crows pegions and other birds are bathing in swimming pool water and staying their continuously which didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool time
