We stayed in this room for three nights and it was the most comfortable hotel during my trip. The room is spacious, with a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a complete set of pots, pans, knives, and a range hood. There is also a storage room, which is so thoughtful. The hotel also has a public kitchen and laundry room. If you don't book a room with a kitchen, you can cook your own meals. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The transportation around the hotel is convenient and it is convenient to go anywhere. My air conditioner broke down one night, and the hotel quickly offered me a new room and told me that I didn't need to pack my luggage. They would fix it the next day and I would come back. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Right next to the S-Bahn station (10 minutes to the main station). The subway is also nearby, as are many shops.
The staff at reception are all friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1:00 p.m. and were able to check in straight away.
But when we entered our room, it was not tidy. There were crumbs on the floor and the bed was "decorated" with stains and strangers' hair. We realize that this is not a 5-star hotel, but it doesn't have to be that way.
After we told reception, the bed was remade and a little dust was wiped. But the quality of cleaning is still inadequate.
On the whole, we can recommend the hotel for a short stay, but work needs to be done on cleanliness and hygiene.
