The weather is more than 30 degrees, there is only a fan, there is hair in the bathroom, and the water is not working. There is no limit to the hotel's pre-authorization. Then when you leave, 300 euros are immediately taken from your card, and they tell you that it is your fine for smoking, and then I keep using this method to cheat money. From the first day of check-in, Ctrip communicates with the hotel to change rooms. Until check-out, there is no result. Ctrip asks the next hotel to rebook a hotel with air conditioning. Finally, Ctrip makes you bear the cost and check-out money. Two hours later, Ctrip told me that they could contact the hotel. I don’t know if the hotel is a liar or if the agent Ctrip is using now does not check the hotel and is a liar! The actual hotel expenses for two nights were 8,300. Ctrip is really ridiculous! Waiting for Ctrip’s processing results to see whether the contact hurt consumers or whether the quality is worrying!

Gute Lage, aber sehr kleine Zimmer. Da es keine AC gibt ist es enorm warm im Zimmer. Das Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen, da das Bett davor steht. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Das Personal ist aber sehr bemüht. Sehr schlecht ist aber die Hotline. Wir hatten die Karte fürs Zimmer verwechselt mit der Karte für den Strom(beide weiß) und kamen nachts nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Es war niemand auf der Hotline erreichbar.

Härligt fint och fräscht hotell med god frukost. Är positivt överraskad och kommer absolut boka igen vid nästa resa till München!
