The resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault.
Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

The front desk staff is top notch. Thank you to Diego for helping us to switch our room due to an intolerable oder. Unfortuna tely, no compensation of any kind was offered for the room switch after 1 1/2 days in our trip - that would have been the right thing to do. However, the staff was so kind. The property location is wonderful and the kids were very happy. The breakfast buffet was very chaotic and beverage service by servers would definitely help eliminate some of the traffic. Food is pretty good although the daily variety doesn't change much (breakfast). Please note that we did pay a neighboring resort for chair and umbrella use bc this resort does not have any at all. Overall I would return bc of the location and customer service.

We have had the best stay! I am alone with my 2 small children & 6 months pregnant so for this reason I was nervous about going away but WOW I am delighted I got to stay here. Staff are super friendly & how they can continue to smile when working so hard is incredible in itself. The pools are SUPER clean. My room is SUPER clean & the ladies that clean the rooms always leave a little gift for the girls which is so thoughtful! Great entertainment & the food is brilliant especially for my girls as there so picky but they get to choose a bit of everything. I don’t want to waffle but 11/10 fabulous stay Thankyou!

Hotel The hotel is very nice and clean. Instead of all inclusive we opted for half board and got the star prestige. With that we got a bigger room, snacks and drinks from 10-6pm and access to the rooftop area. I would recommend this instead of the all inclusive option. You also have a reserved area in the main restaurant. Food Varied and tasty meals. On most nights we were also given a complimentary drink with our dinner. Beach and pool The pool and slides are great for kids. There is no need to rush for a sun lounger in the morning. The beach is also very nice. Kids activities There are plenty of kid activities to entertain the little ones. Staff and service Excellent service, a really pleasant stay. Bad stuff Honestly none that I could think of. We will definitely be back.
